IBU is fantastic! This is our second time and we loved the atmosphere service in addition to the creative and very well prepared food. The only problem is not having enough room to try it all!! Highly recommend if you want a well pampered treat.
Went for HH. Enjoyed those salmon poke wonton tacos and that tiger aioli cauliflower. The chips & dip weren't really for us as the dip was way too spicy, plus far too lemongrassy for me - our opinion only! Rob loved the pork belly & the dirty gin martinis went down smooth. More care with glass cleaning & floor cleaning would make this a 10/10 for me. As it stands, you can't beat the fab food, staff, and vibe. Shout out to Dani - she took great care of us.
We are very lucky to be able to walk to IBU, but we would definitely drive across Calgary to get there if we had to. Second visit and definitely did not disappoint, food was excellent, well presented and delicious. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in putting together a great dinner experience. Although the place was full on a Saturday night, the noise level was at a level good for normal conversation. Great spot - go there!
