We had an excellent experience at IHOP today.
Our server, Lilian L, made the visit outstanding. She was quick, attentive, and friendly. She kept checking on us without being intrusive. Our food came out just right every time she’s the one serving us. Her positive attitude makes the meal feel better. You can tell she enjoys what she does.

We went to IHOP Southcentre and it was absolutely awful. The pancakes were raw and undercooked, and even the cups had a strange chemical or soapy smell. The food quality was very cheap, yet the prices were higher than many other places that serve much better food. Honestly, even the free breakfast at motels tastes better. Definitely not worth it — please don’t waste your money here.
It’s a good breakfast stop with the kiddo.
