Disappointed with lack of accessibility at the entrance. Ongoing construction completely blocked off accessible ramp into the entrance.
Upon arriving using my wheelchair, I had to go up a steep sloped curb and almost tipped backwards.
On my way out, a gentleman in IKEA’s provided electric shopping scooter bottomed out and had to get help from other shoppers to lift and push through the same steep sloped curb.

Tried to do a warranty claim on a couch. No response for 3 months, then I was told they no longer sell the couch and to contact the Edmonton location. Fail.
Great ideas, got an idea for a plant hanger using bed slates and kitchen holders
