Best little Italian restaurant in the city. You'd drive right past it if you weren't looking but the staff is so friendly that it feels familial. We had the special pasta which was a linguine scampi with a white garlic sauce. Absolutely delectable. Try the calimari too! Everything was perfect and the dining experience itself was lovely. Will definitely be bringing my family and girlfriend here next!

Customer service here has always been consistently excellent! Great ambience and delicious food. We were there on a Saturday and all the tables were full but they still managed to get our food on out table efficiently. Highly recommended to go for an authentic Italian restaurant.

We tried to go to Red Lobster and it was an hour wait so we ended up here. And so glad we did. My husband, me and our four year old shared a Caesar salad, scampi pasta and pepperoni pizza. Perfectly cooked pasta and SO flavourful. You could tell the cheese and pepperoni on the pizza were great quality. Great, friendly service. Highly recommend. We’ll be back and no doubt talking about that pasta for a while.

Being family-owned, I have a soft spot for supporting local businesses. The vintage interior adds to the restaurant's charming atmosphere, making it a must-try destination. We're already planning our return!

Might be the best pizza in Calgary. The pizza is pricey $30 for a Lg Margarita $18 for sm basically a cheese pizza. The rest of there Italian menu is great. I recommend Linguini Vongole $25 and Linguini allo Scoglio $28. Very good dishes and the price is on point.

Best Italian restaurant we have been so far. We tried the steak, calamari, lobster, shrimp, pasta, pizza and everything was delicious. Try the limoncello cream, it's house made with a grandma recipe. We'll be back soon!

WAO!!! For sure this will become my favorite Italian Rest in Calgary. You feel you are in Calabria!! The food is superb, all of it. Helena who was great with her atention and service made our night realy great. My grandson said it was the best pizza ever and I say I havent had such great italian food in a long time. We aren’t from Calgary so I was looking for some Italian and decided to take a chance on Il Centro! I had the fettuccine Alfredo (HIGHLY recommend asking for it “el forno” or baked with cheese- this was the best Alfredo I’ve had in my life and I’ve had a lot! My mom had the tortellini and loved it as well. Bruschetta was fresh and delicious and our service was great! Hopefully I find my way back to Calgary so I can get my hands on some more!!

I used to grab pizza from here all the time today was a bad experience I had the pancetta and mushroom. Usually amazing but I feel like they must have gotten cheaper ingredients, the mozzarella cheese had a processed weird taste and texture. It really through me off I don’t know if it’s new owners or what the deal is but for 35$ a pizza I expected way more. When you pay for premium you expect premium. That was pretty gross, and cheap tasting don’t think I’ll be going back.
