Bad customer serviceThey are supposed to close on Saturdays at 5 pm and 15 minutes before they no longer wanted to serve me, it is better that they change their hours or close their doors if they are no longer going to serve me and they didn't even answer me.

Have enjoyed shopping at Illichmanns when visiting YYC. Always enjoy the headcheese and liverwurst. The porkchops very tender as well. Also the Latino staff working the counter are amazing and so friendly offering small samples and warm smiles.

I bought ground beef last week, when we opened it it had uneven color, it smelled sour and tangy, it was definitely spoiled! Very disappointing and disgusting! I bet more people had the same issue or got sick!

I only come here once a year, but I should come more often. We come for European meats at Christmas time, and even 2 days before Christmas they had lots of selection available (no course mettwurst but that's my fault for waiting last minute). The staff are so friendly and so kind and also very knowledgeable. I appreciate that all the meat have labels so I know what is available without needing to wait and ask. The kind lady helping me didn't have butter cheese but was able to recommend 3 other cheeses similar to it. I imagine everything will taste good, we shall see on Christmas Eve. Thanks ladies for your excellent service!

Shop at Illichmans a few times a year and always for their smoked Turkey. Their products are excellent and the Turkey is superb. Well worth a visit.

I only go there for one specific item. They are not open Monday inconvenient so I went there Tuesday opening hours are at 900 Am at 915 door was still not open. I decided to bang on the window since I drove a ways to pick up the item. It took a while before they opened the door. Luckily I was able to see people through the window so I knew someone was there but they surly did not rush to open the door. Also not sure if owners are new but employees are of a certain culture different from before and not very friendly. Luckily I only go there once a year
