came in to pick up an order, the lady does not even say hi, or talk PERIOD. they are both more concerned with their phones than actually working, even the other girl wouldn’t get off her phone for 1 second. ZERO customer service, ZERO friendliness, so I will tell the truth, with photos attached, because this kind of experience needs to be recognized, and I hope the employer will do something to rectify this situation. this is UNACCEPTABLE behaviour and i’m not even sure what their role is. this is the kind of people who don’t deserve jobs when we’re in an all time low for job availability and security.

Ordered two mix shawarma platter through Uber Eats. Potatoes were raw. Veggies were too, but I ate them veggies anyways cause I was hungry. Will never reorder I swear.

would give lower if i could. fries were soggy and still frozen. food was pulled out of a box and microwaved. got my order wrong. If i could give lower than a 1, I would.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not great.
I ordered the rice and chicken shawarma bowl without the salad; I was disappointed to find quite a few bones and a lot of fat in the chicken. There wasn’t much actual meat, and everything was extremely crunchy in a way that didn’t taste right. The only thing I genuinely enjoyed were the fries they were regular straight-cut fries, served in a separate container, and they were decent.

I wasn’t able to finish my meal, even after tipping, which was frustrating for a first visit. Unfortunately, it will also be my last.

Service was okay, but I did feel uncomfortable when the staff discussed my order in another language right in front of me and then translated only part of what they said. It came across as rude, even though I didn’t feel completely dismissed.

The atmosphere is fine. The space is large and there’s seating available. However, the seating placement made me feel like I was being watched while I ate, which wasn’t comfortable. Having the tables more toward the front of the store might help, though I understand the layout may make that difficult.

Overall, I left very disappointed with both the food and the experience.
