Imperial Shawarma

I think I would rate it as 3.7 for the food , the taste of the shawarma is decent, I think I forgot to ask them to heat my pita bread, the flavors of the meat were little bit toned down I think it could be made little bit more intense.

I ordered buy one get one free from online. But they only offered me one. Even i called them and tried to explain my order should be two. They showed me bad attitude and just refused. Will never order again.

I thought I’d check out this place and its vegetarian platter, as I’m a vegan and always looking for good food. I was not impressed with the food. The falafel were not even warm, and mediocre tasting. the stuffed vine leaves had been frozen - I could tell as I bit into a bit that was very cold. The hummus, which should be fantastic at any shawarma place, was also mediocre.
As for the service, the girls weren’t rude, but not friendly and spoke to each other a few times in another language and then snickered. Were they talking about me? Maybe/maybe not - but either way does not make for a pleasant experience. Definitely, my first and last visit. Too bad.

We gave this place a try, but it was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to any expectations, the quality was poor, the portions were small, and the flavor was completely missing. I love Shawarma, but this one here in Calgary isn’t good at all. I literally wasted money on this place.

We ordered in this place because of its “good” reviews, but they don’t seem to be real, there was an offer of buy one get one free (quite expensive though) but when we got the food, quality, quantity and taste was awful, I’ve tried so many Shawarma places and this is by far the worst, it’s so sad having to throw away food because of its taste, insipid, completely flavourless.
