Came to have a good birthday celebration with my group of friends, but left very unsatisfied. Half of our very first order came towards the end after more than 3 plates of meat were finished, I had to ask repeatedly where our order was and our waiter kept telling us to wait 3 mins, then 2 more minutes, then another few minutes, even tho it took wayyyy longer. I can tell our waiter didn’t want to be there. We had to re order food that didn’t come, and then ended up receiving twice what we ordered because they just weren’t coming.
Secondly, firemen and a police officer showed up because of a homeless man doing illegal things in the bathroom.
Overall, the service was just so bad today. I understand it may have been a busy night, but everything went wrong during our time here.

I went here maybe 5 times. The food is heavenly great play to go with your family. The staff were super polite and let us put the cake we bought in their fridge. Atmosphere was also great all the other customers were quite nice to us, atleast the one other family we interacted with was.

Food was great. The area where can be improved is where staffs can be more attentive. We ordered a mixed tempura with 8 pcs on the menu, it was missing 2 pcs yam. I made a call to the staff a few times. Nobody came right away. I saw one staff cleaning the table beside us and informed him of missing yam tempuras, and just nodded. He never said anything or to replace it.

we ordered the Jajangmyeon and it is soooo delicious! the sauce perfectly coats the noodles and the flavours blend together soooo well! the service tho, took roughly 45 minutes which is a bit long, but worth it for this food! would come back next time with family :)

Ordered the beef rib soup and takoyaki.Both were excellent taste! The soup had lots of beef and full of flavor Takoyaki was crunchy outside and soft inside so good. Service is fast and friendly staff. Pricing is affordable and will try more on the menu next visit and highly recommend this korean restaurant!

We really loved our experience with Insadong for lunch today.
The meat selection was vast and I was especially pleased to see that this Korean AYCE place served beef (some places do not serve beef on their AYCE menus). The meat was sooooooo fresh and big portions.
I loved the quiet and cozy atmosphere. Very comfortably laid out and perfect for the grilling experience. Our server was Laura and she was fabulous, helpful, courteous and diligent with getting the orders out. Great work team (and Laura)!
The resturant is very clean, cozy and the menu was easy to navigate for the AYCE experience.
We will come back and work the whole family next time. Great work team, see you next time!
