I wanted to keep ordering from this company, but their customer service is hopeless. Their web site is not easy to use. I have been given a store credit for a compliant but I can't access it on liine. When I ask for help, their service rep just restates that there is no refund. I will not use them ever again.
Ordered 11 salads. Also 9 chickens and one salmon to go with the salads. Did NOT get any chicken or salmon! I don’t like salads without chicken it salmon. So now all 11 salads are going in the trash since I am disabled and cannot cook for myself. They have not responded to the three emails I have sent them. There is NO phone number to call. Absolutely horrible service.
Amazing. I rarely ate salad until I tried these ones. The fraiche noodle salad is my absolute favourite, the wafu dressing is so delicious
I love the convenience and having all the ingredients separate so if you don’t like something, you can just leave it out

I have tried numerous meal subscriptions. I love this because you don’t have to subscribe to order. skipping weeks drives me crazy and always resulted in unwanted money spent.
The cost vs. quality for this is amazing. Especially for a single person. Healthy eating. No commitment and SO tasty!! Not to mention no food waste!
Even the packaging it’s sent in is superior and useful! I’ve recommended this to everyone in the last 3 weeks and so far three people have ordered and are beyond satisfied!
I will continue to order and will likely end up subscribing. I promise you will not be disappointed and if you are they’re customer service is amazing!
I am anticipating these salads starting next week to give it a try. I like the idea of the vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients being in separate packaging and I like how professional chefs helped in coming up with different salads.
I recently started ordering from InspiredGo and tried four of their salads last week. Honestly, I was so impressed! Even though I spread them out over a week and a half, every single one stayed incredibly fresh — crisp, flavorful, and just as good days later as the first one. What really stood out was the balance of ingredients. With other salads, I often end up with a bunch of plain lettuce left over once the “good stuff” is gone. With InspiredGo, it was the perfect ratio — every bite had flavor, and I finished the entire salad every time. The salads were delicious, convenient, and exceeded my expectations. I’m excited to try more, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fresh, ready-to-go meals that don’t compromise on quality.
I have ordered about 20x. Salads are fresh and delicious. Only complaints are the customer service. Frequent late and missed deliveries, response is “you can cancel if you don’t like it”
I love these salads and snacks. I have been enjoying them every day. Highly recommended.
Tried Inspired Go as lunch would mean open the fridge, stare at the inside of the fridge, close the fridge, go to cupboard, open cupboard, stare at the inside of the cupboard, close and repeat to the fridge. Then the majority of the time I'd resort to just buying lunch that day. So I tried Inspired Go and now I don’t have to think about it, I’m saving money and they are delicious. Highly recommend. I wish I knew about them sooner.

This is my 2nd Large order and I can’t wait to get the salads that I ordered. The salads are so delicious and fresh. They are packed in refrigerated bags to keep them fresh. Of all my various food orders this is by far the one I really look forward to and LOVE the best….♥️
Salads are good, except they can’t seem to send the salads that you order and both times the order was short. Won’t be ordering again.

Extremely Disappointed – Great Product, Terrible Support I was initially impressed with this product and had high hopes. Unfortunately, everything changes the moment something goes wrong. There is absolutely no customer service to speak of. I submitted a quality issue — four containers arrived smashed, compromising their integrity and making the product completely unusable. To make matters worse, they only review quality problems once a week. That’s unacceptable. There is no way to speak to anyone, no direct contact, and absolutely no sign that they care about resolving customer concerns. It’s clear that if something goes wrong, you're on your own. Because of this total lack of support and accountability, I will not be ordering again. Very disappointing experience.
i just made a huge mistake by ordering double in one week and they kindly cancelled one of the orders even when it was to late to cancel. great customer service!!!😊
