Extremely Disappointed – Great Product, Terrible Support
I was initially impressed with this product and had high hopes. Unfortunately, everything changes the moment something goes wrong. There is absolutely no customer service to speak of. I submitted a quality issue — four containers arrived smashed, compromising their integrity and making the product completely unusable.
To make matters worse, they only review quality problems once a week. That’s unacceptable. There is no way to speak to anyone, no direct contact, and absolutely no sign that they care about resolving customer concerns.
It’s clear that if something goes wrong, you're on your own. Because of this total lack of support and accountability, I will not be ordering again. Very disappointing experience.

i just made a huge mistake by ordering double in one week and they kindly cancelled one of the orders even when it was to late to cancel. great customer service!!!😊

Honestly didn’t know salad could be this good. The super solstice is fresh and zesty, and the mighty Mexican is packed with flavour, both total game changers. Always super fresh, super easy, and now basically all we want to eat for lunch or dinner.

So far so kind of good. My only major upset is that I ordered pumpkin spice over night oats and I got a pear yogurt parfait. So not a great start. I do not recall a warning or email letting me know “hey we are switching your order. You cool?” Oh you didn’t our email back so it must be ok. Hopefully you are not allergic to pears…

Please be aware of this company, I must have mistakenly clicked on subscribe instead of not subscribe button and they took my money and delivered salad to my door. I contacted to retrieve the order as I do not recollect placing any such order. They went ahead and retrieve the order but are now refusing to refund me. Which means they took my money and kept the goods. Please be aware of them it was the worse customer services I have ever had the misfortune of trying to negotiate. I could not find a number to call them on but weirdly they saw my retrieval message and took back their merchandise and refusing to refund my $70.79 !!. I have been going back and forth with almost 10 emails with this people. FYI I will keep posting this every day on all their social networks until I get my money back. I worked too hard for a multimillion dollars company to rip me off!!!!

I enjoy this product immensely it lets me eat fresh even when I don't have time to prepare salads myself. Their products are very fresh and taste great. Even though it's winter now and it isn't easy to eat fresh veggies, these salads work. The choices are perfect and easy for both myself and my partner.
Terrible business. I’ve had issues from My first order they gave me a credit to try to keep me so I gave them another chance and my salads came without any dressing !! How does one eat salad without dressing ? This tells me there is “NO QUALITY CONTROL” which is very concerning. Obviously they package up the salads without any final inspection. I let them know and all they did was offer another credit to my account. I told them I am done and never ordering their salads again. I said give me a refund if you want to make it right but nope they only gave me a store credit. Stay away! No dressings, brown lettuce, customer service doesn’t give a crap.

I love that you don't have to subscribe, and even if you do it's very easy to cancel a week. I order it on weeks I know I won't be able to cook much. The salads are very filling.

These salads are amazing, however, I just read that most of their dressings are made with Canola Oil. There is too much controversial information regarding Canola Oil at the moment. Please let me know when you switch to Olive or a healthier known oil, I will gladly come back.
