I was surprised by the size of portions here, definitely would suggest to visit this place at least once! Especially if you are a fan of Katsu in general. It is a bit tricky to ding a parking spot though.

Izumi is a fantastic place to go for a solo lunch. Their ramen is affordable and tasty, and their appetizers/side dishes are great.
The atmosphere is comfortable too! (just mind the passing C Train!)

This Korean restaurant is a solid go-to, no matter the occasion. The King Ton Katsu was massive, perfectly crispy, and had that nostalgic flavor you’d expect from a classic Korean dish. The Spicy Pork Bone Soup was equally satisfying—just the thing for chilly weather. It was spicy, hearty, and the meat was tender and flavorful. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!
