Lunch is a popular option, with select items at half price in smaller portions, allowing for more dish variety. Must-try items include hot pots with/without meat, deep-fried eggplants, the "Not Spicy" Mapo tofu, Japanese-style fried rice, Ginger beef, cashew chicken, squids, beef in black pepper sauce, and hot & sour soup. The salt and pepper squid is noted as one of the best in Calgary, although some find it could be slightly better if fried longer.
