I do not often leave a comment, unless the experience was well above standard. I want to highlight Ahmed, his attitude was exceptional: very polite, smiling and positive - restaurant-like approach. I always ask for an extra toasted shawarma, and Ahmed really made it toasted, all sides to the crispiness. Also, I always choose to put everything into the shawarma, so basically it’s up to a cooker how balanced it’s gonna be in terms of ingredients and souses. Ahmed got it and made the best shawarma I have had within the Jerusalem Shawarma network. Great job👍💪
