I do not often leave a comment, unless the experience was well above standard. I want to highlight Ahmed, his attitude was exceptional: very polite, smiling and positive - restaurant-like approach. I always ask for an extra toasted shawarma, and Ahmed really made it toasted, all sides to the crispiness. Also, I always choose to put everything into the shawarma, so basically it’s up to a cooker how balanced it’s gonna be in terms of ingredients and souses. Ahmed got it and...

Ordered a shawarma wrap on Ubereats and specifically requested no pickles and no pickled vegetables. However, my wrap still came with a lot of pickled veges inside, which I absolutely could not eat. & this store on Ubereats is disguised under a different name called ‘Haifa Shawarma’.

Please pay closer attention to customers’ order preferences - this has happened twice now.

I had an amazing experience at Jerusalem Shawarma today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality. The people working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of the best shawarma spots around. Highly recommend!
