When me and my family had dinner here today, there were 2 gentlemen and a lady named Mariam working. We were served some very delicious food and received excellent customer service. Mariam was extremely kind and polite to us and we appreciate her generosity. Will be back again soon!!!

Place has the worst service everytime I order on doordash it takes them an eternity to make a shawarma and a plate. Also ordering a side salad for what is advertised as $9.99 it forces you to buy a 6 piece of vine leaves for an additional $5.99 or greater quantity. Spend a ton of money for 2-3 of us to eat and the food arrives frozen and they can’t follow instructions no matter how many time you write it in BOLD and repeat what you’re saying. Idk what the deal is with this place. Unfortunately with DoorDash and skip they offer change for a ruined meal. The restaurants are taking advantage of this and are providing terrible quality of food as they forward the 20% surplus charge to the customer. So when door dash offers you $3.00 credit for a cold meal, it hurts the consumer whom without they would not be in business. Paying a premium for DoorDash is only a win for DoorDash and the restaurant.

Keep in mind that they do no prioritize online orders anymore as they know it’s a guaranteed transaction.

Used to be my stop place to eat delicious mediterranean food. Having said that I am really disappointed for how slow rhe service is. Last time we ordered at the restaurant and it took too long. This time I ordered online before (thinking the fod will be ready for pickup) and drove here as they sent messages that order was ready and here we are 20 minutes has passed and our order is not ready. I love the food but I will never come back here. I ordered 42 minutes ago.

After paying for my meal… i am told it will need 15 minutes. Why? Tell me before i order hey this order will take 15-20 minutes. I was in a rush to go… Regardless i accepted and moved on. Only 35 minutes after I finally get my food. The people are great people. But thats not how you do business. Wont be back after that experience. No rush was made. The worker was kind but still disappointing… then i had to remind them my fatoush was missing. Terrible experience.

I was very disappointed. When I walked up to the restaurant, their was a man on his knees praying on a carpet. Say what you will...I did not like that. The man preparing the food had upset the lady in front of me and I could understand why. He was just throwing the vegetables on the sandwich and hardly getting the few vegetables on the actual sandwich. I don't know if he is just an angry person or what the deal was but it was awkward to watch. I can understand her frustration. I will not be back unfortunately. I have been a dozen times in the past but no more after that experience. Mike

I had the opportunity to taste the food of Jerusalem Shawarma same day twice . During lunch time in 16th NW location and during dinner in this location . NW location is much bigger but this location offers customer to taste a piece of Baklava! Kebab was very soft , juicy ! Overall very good experience! This place is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Calgary!

Costumer service is relatively slow

Ordered Shawarma platter and was waiting for it. Needed to stand up as been sitting all day but the receptionist told me that cannot stand and need to sit and when order ready then she will tell me to come . They control even your movements ( standing or sitting ). Kind of frustrating and felt undignified.
