Jerusalem Shawarma Westsprings

Ordered Shawarma platter and was waiting for it. Needed to stand up as been sitting all day but the receptionist told me that cannot stand and need to sit and when order ready then she will tell me to come . They control even your movements ( standing or sitting ). Kind of frustrating and felt undignified.

The food is always delicious and they are super friendly with the family. Their tea is also yummy!

The service and the employees are the best I've ever seen. They are hard-working skilled and very clean. When I asked them to cut my shawrma, they packaged each one individually. While I was waiting I was also served fresh, warm tea. This has been the best experience I've had at a shwarma place. Highly recommend, the staff are also all amazing.

I ordered chicken shawarma poutine, the fries were burnt and rock solid. I tasted the grease more than actual food!. Damascus in donwtown has way better poutine and its cheaper.
