I was staying here as a hotel guest and wandered into the bar to kill some time while waiting for my fiancé to park the car and bring our things up. I was injured on crutches at the time and I wasn’t able to carry any of my own belongings, so he dropped me off at the front doors and went to deal with the car and items. I got seated on the bar side and the blonde waitress on shift first asked if I wanted a food menu and I said yes. She asked for my id and I tried showing her the one I had on my phone in the meantime and she refused to look at it and said I could not even sit there in the meantime. I told her it also matched my fresh hospital bracelet and these should suffice. She was also very rude about it, especially considering the situation. When my fiancé got to me 10-20 minutes later I was waiting in the lobby but after the unwelcoming experience with the waitress we decided to go elsewhere due to the poor customer service here

The calamari was lightly battered and had a lovely citrus flavour, a bit strong for the kids but we enjoyed it. The Fish and chips special was awesome. The kids had burgers and fries and the portions are generous enough that they couldn't finish, and they are big kids. Service was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The stay in the hotel has been a lovely break and the kids had a blast in the pool with waterslides.

The east Indian Guy working the restraunt is ignorant and not once but 3 time since I been here has he been absolutely rude to me and my family my kids and auntie was trying go for the brunch and he told my family they can't afford to eat there and denied them acess to go eat then night before room service he made rude comments about why I was ordering to much I had a family of 6 that's why and his additude is bullshti bad buisness he shouldn't work here if he can't respect ppl or talk to them properly . I'm going make a report to the higher boss of the company I hope he gets fired !!!

The hospitality in your restaurant is absolutely not there. . Came in with the family and was not greeted with a smile . The waitress was very distant. The nachos and wings were awesome the fish and chips were hard and cold and kids spaghetti like warm.we did not complain because of the non existent hospitality because we were not looking for money off our bill or a free meal. We are letting you know that you have a beautiful space but you need to train your servers to be more attentive more friendly. Smile. Say hello. There was lots of staff on they were talking lots to each other. Thank you

This was a surprisingly great place to eat. The food quality is very impressive and the serving portions were quite large. Would definitely recommend on terms of the food. Service was also great and the atmosphere was nice. The Flames were playing so the TVs were showing the game but the volume of the TV wasn’t so loud that it drowned out conversation at my table.

We had the nachos delivered to our room, so we can't rate the ambience of the restaurant itself.Everything was very easy; if you call the hotel room on the phone, you can see the room number.The delivery time was also very quick.The nachos themselves were very tasty (also with chicken). What I personally didn't like was the sauces they contained, as they came in paper cups which then became soggy very quickly. And there was no guacamole, just creme fraiche and salsa sauce.
