Room service already includes an 18% gratuity, however this was never mentioned when I placed the order over the phone, nor when it was delivered. No bill or receipt was provided at the time of delivery and the server never bothered to mention it. When paying by cc, the machine immediately prompted to a gratuity option.... This lack of transparency is deceitful, sneaky and super shady.
I did go downstairs to ask for the bill and when I asked why their bill with the included gratuity didn't match what I paid, they turtled and before I even asked, they offered the additional gratuity back. Not impressed!

I was there tonight with my daughter. The food was actually quite good, as well as the service. I figured maybe this could be a new spot to bring my husband sometime. The server put the bill down and I should have looked at it closer. I clicked 18% tip and tapped to pay. the server snatched the bill off the table immediately. Later I started doing the math and couldn’t figure out how it came to $105. It should have been $85-$90. I feel like you auto gratuitied me and allowed me not to notice and tack on another 18%. Soooooooo shady!! We weren’t a big party of 10. We were 2 people. If that is what happened, you need to do better. That could have been the first of many visits but it left such a bad taste in my mouth that it’s now become a one and done visit. Our order included a poutine, quesadilla, gravy, 2 rum & cokes for me and 4 cocktails for my daughter.
** edit to reply to manager: I DID NOT have 3 rum and cokes, only 2. My daughter only had 3 cosmos not 4. Why did the server immediately snatch the bill off the table? Every other restaurant leaves the bill on the table. If this wasn’t an auto-gratuity situation , it was an over billing situation. Check the cameras and you’ll see what was served and how many.

Amazing place, food is great, beer is ICE cold and staff treat you like family! Tonight's new try was the Prime Rib Poutine! They just added it and I know how delicious the burgers are here i figured why not try it! After eating poutine from everywhere in the country I must say this is top 10 finish! So much flavor, and bang on for gravy portion taste! 100% would recommend if unsure of what to get. Their burgers are top notch as well!!!

I was staying here as a hotel guest and wandered into the bar to kill some time while waiting for my fiancé to park the car and bring our things up. I was injured on crutches at the time and I wasn’t able to carry any of my own belongings, so he dropped me off at the front doors and went to deal with the car and items. I got seated on the bar side and the blonde waitress on shift first asked if I wanted a food menu and I said yes. She asked for my id and I tried showing her the one I had on my phone in the meantime and she refused to look at it and said I could not even sit there in the meantime. I told her it also matched my fresh hospital bracelet and these should suffice. She was also very rude about it, especially considering the situation. When my fiancé got to me 10-20 minutes later I was waiting in the lobby but after the unwelcoming experience with the waitress we decided to go elsewhere due to the poor customer service here

I attended a function at Jetz Bar and Lounge YYC, and it was a great experience. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. The food was well-prepared, with good portions, and the drinks were well-made. Overall, it’s a solid spot for hosting events or just enjoying a night out.
The calamari was lightly battered and had a lovely citrus flavour, a bit strong for the kids but we enjoyed it. The Fish and chips special was awesome. The kids had burgers and fries and the portions are generous enough that they couldn't finish, and they are big kids. Service was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The stay in the hotel has been a lovely break and the kids had a blast in the pool with waterslides.
