My partner and I have been to JIN BAR many times. The fried chicken is always amazing (sad they got rid of jalapeño soy glaze, however) and this time so were the pork belly bao and dumplings. Calamari and Waldorf salad were just okay. Service always great.

Delicious food, good quality for a reasonable price. We enjoyed an arrangement of snack plates during happy hour, portions were sharable, with every bite being packed full of flavour. The servers were attentive without hovering, and did not rush through the service. Despite the section being full throughout our meal our table was able to maintain conversation without shouting or struggling to hear each other.

We ordered a bunch of plates to share. The shining stars were the wild mushroom flatbread and the tuna crudo. I think the fried chicken would have been good too but it came well after we finished all our other dishes and we were all full at that point (dish got missed in the order - not a big deal though). Our table was in a weird spot where the servers were directly next to us and overlooked us while they rolled cutlery/did side duties. Their Sakura Sour was a perfectly made cocktail. Definitely will be back to try many menu items we didn't have room for!

I usually go to and recommend JinBar for dinner and their amazing Happy Hour. I always have a great meal and drinks. Today we decided to try their brunch and it did not disappoint! The french toast was perfectly fried and the yuzu whipped cream was a great compliment to it! The pork belly benny was so tasty (fried kimchi *chef's kiss*) and the potato wedges were better than any breakfast place I've been to! We found out they smoke their own pork which is nice to see such care being put into their food.
Service was attentive, it was quite empty when we went so we were seated on arrival. This is a bonus when other brunch spots have waitlists.
Forget the hype and queues of OEB and Namo and go to JinBar instead! You'll be happy you did!

Chef and cook team are always delivering top notch food. Amane has revamped and elevated the menu, cocktail list and of course the Sake selections that are now available. Everything from the food, to the vibes and the service is top notch here! We came for brunch on a Sunday and will definitely be coming again for it and to check out dinner. The Eggs Bennys and the French toast are delicious. They also have Vietnamese coffee which was to die for 🤤 The manager was so lovely and our server Cat was amazing! 10/10 would recommend checking this place out.
