Jinbar in Calgary offers a unique and vibrant dining experience, brining Korean fusion flavours in a fun, casual setting.
The spot is best known for its incredible Korean fried chicken and creative thin-crust pizzas, with popular choices like the beef bulgogi pizza and spicy fried chicken.
The menu also features delicious shareable plates and innovative cocktails, and Japanese Asahi kegs. All served in a cool, welcoming atmosphere.

Consistently the best food in the neighborhood!
I usually go to and recommend JinBar for dinner and their amazing Happy Hour. I always have a great meal and drinks. Today we decided to try their brunch and it did not disappoint! The french toast was perfectly fried and the yuzu whipped cream was a great compliment to it! The pork belly benny was so tasty (fried kimchi *chef's kiss*) and the potato wedges were better than any breakfast place I've been to! We found out they smoke their own pork which is nice to see such care being put into their food.
Service was attentive, it was quite empty when we went so we were seated on arrival. This is a bonus when other brunch spots have waitlists.
Forget the hype and queues of OEB and Namo and go to JinBar instead! You'll be happy you did!

We have been several times now and every time the quality and presentation of everything we’ve enjoyed has been fantastic. Service is spectacular. Chef and cook team are always delivering top notch food. Amane has revamped and elevated the menu, cocktail list and of course the Sake selections that are now available. Atmosphere is great whether for a couple or with a group. Go, and enjoy!!! Thank you Jin Bar team for consistently delicious meals.

Everything from the food, to the vibes and the service is top notch here! We came for brunch on a Sunday and will definitely be coming again for it and to check out dinner. The Eggs Bennys and the French toast are delicious. They also have Vietnamese coffee which was to die for 🤤 The manager was so lovely and our server Cat was amazing! 10/10 would recommend checking this place out.

A lovely, well appointed Korean fusion restaurant in Bridgeland. We went for a dinner with friends, it was easy to make a reservation and the restaurant filled up as the evening went on.
We enjoyed the Korean fried chicken, mushroom pizza, watermelon salad and dumplings.
My 16 y/o fried chicken aficionado son declared it was the second best fried chicken he’s ever had; and we live in Texas!
That is saying a lot since he had it leftover after burning it slightly in the toaster oven. I imagine if he’d been invited it would have been top of his list.
The pizza was yummy and the watermelon salad noteworthy. The dumplings were a minor disappointment, our table found them too crispy outside but still too doughy inside.
We opted out of dessert.
The service was attentive and quick. Cocktails were enjoyable and I think next time I’d like to enjoy reverse happy hour.
We found parking easily on the street out front

Absolutely loved it! The drink menu is outstanding — creative and tasty cocktails that really stand out, and an impressive sake list to match. The food was full of bold, robust flavors and beautifully plated. Everything we tried was delicious. Definitely coming back again!

Food, service, everything was excellent! I think here is the best asian inspired restaurant in calgary. The portion was pretty much and the server is so kind and he knows a lot of knowledges about ingredients! Fabulous place in bridgeland.

IMAGINE THIS. Jinbar is heat. Yet another restaurant on my old boss' list, I must say this place is quite nice. The food was really good and the buldak chicken was crazy spicy. I like the interior and service was good. I would like to come back to try the other food but from the dishes we had I think we could agree this place is worth visiting. Also I really like the bridgeland area although it seems to be heavily gentrified now. The importance of municipal zoning laws are often understated when people mention to just build more. Utility strain is scarcely mentioned and especially in areas where civil infrastructure is aging, the process of population densification is not as simple of a process as some people seem to think.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We drive in from Red Deer for this menu!! It is a family favourite, and when I tell you that THE CHICKEN CAN’T BE BEAT, I am speaking directly from my soul. Our faves are the fried chicken, tuna crudo, and bul-go-gi pizza, and of course the donuts 🤗 Try it out, you will not be disappointed!
