Walked by this many times and i finally got the chance to check it out tonight. Food was incredible, service was fast and friendly but company was sub par. All in all i definitely will be back again.

Cute little spot just off 17th! We came in and got seated right away. Chie was very attentive and helped navigate my allergies to nuts. Would recommend the Jinya Tonkotsu and Spicy Creamy V Ramen!

A staple in my routine

I went here for gluten free ramen. The rice ramen tastes great. I tried konjac noodles elsewhere as gluten free noodles substitution but it doesn’t absorb soup. As for their reg ramen, it tastes great but portion is not really enough for my boyfriend. So a bit pricey for its portion but I would come back time to time.

The menu has a lot of options, very vegan friendly too and the food is really tasty and good portions. The service was super fast, the atmosphere nice and very good prices as well.

Chie is amazing! Best customer service ever! Will be back!

We had a few appetizers and ramen which tasted decent. I had the chicken ramen - the broth was okay but the chicken honesty didn’t taste good and just tasted fake/rubbery. We also tried the fried chicken (8/10), the pork bao bun (6/10), and the fries (8/10). They also have this special on game days where you can get a $15 ramen and a few cheap appetizers but they don’t have any TVs in there to actually display the game lol. The service was great and we got all of our food quickly.

I had a great experience at JINYA Ramen Bar. The ramen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can really tell they put care into every bowl. The broth was deep and satisfying, and the noodles had the perfect texture.

The atmosphere was modern and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Everything came out quickly, and the presentation was on point.

Definitely one of the better ramen spots in Calgary. I’ll for sure be coming back 👍
