Teagan and Amy are super friendly, attentive and welcoming. Service was quick, drinks were great. They go the extra mile which is the reason I will be coming back to this location!

Went last night in a party of 7 and I was the newby. I had the lobster spaghetti and I have to say it was the tastiest well prepared I have ever had. Our server Ethan was outstanding (sorry about the cake incident), will definitely revisit 👍

An Absolutely Perfect Dining Experience at Joey Barlow's

​My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Joey Barlow's. We arrived without a reservation and had to wait a few minutes, but we were so warmly welcomed by Letty, one of the managers, that we didn't mind at all. She made us feel so well looked after from the moment we walked in.

​Our waitress, Trinity, was absolutely exceptional. She embodied everything you could want in a server: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being intrusive. She was chatty and engaging, quick to help, and perfectly timed with every course.

​The food and drinks were fantastic. The cocktail we had was delicious, and I had the Steak & Sushi, which was a perfect combination. My husband absolutely loved the Joey Classic Steak. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the contemporary decor made for a really pleasant setting.

​To top it all off, Letty went above and beyond and even helped us with directions when we were ready to leave. The entire team, especially Trinity and Letty, made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We just walked in to grab dinner at 10:50pm and was rejected because they said short staffed!! What a Joke … If your hours say open till 12 then Serve your customers. Very disappointing service! Won’t be coming back !!!

Great food and service.... but WHY is it so dark at night!????
Go during the day because you will not be able to see your friends at night.
My camera takes decent low light pictures. It is much darker than the picture looks. I chose to sit outside because it was brighter. Even at night.
Please turn up the lights!

I’ve got takeout twice recently and it’s been excellent. They’ve also included some gluten free brownie both times. They are delicious, I can eat them and it makes me very happy.

Was very impressed with the food and the quality of the service here. The staff was very friendly and attentive with me and provided some great recommendations for beverages and other menu items. Will definitely return to this location next time I am in Northeast Calgary...
