William, the manager, personally greeted us and assured us of his availability for anything we required, WOW!!The service was excellent, the food top-notch, and everything was so efficient. Food, drinks, service, always ON POINT. The entire team is amazing but , a few are to name in being the best… Cass, Erika, Conor, Nim, Sarah, Esteban, Justin and Jared are the BOMB. Managing staff like John, Kal and Will are always there to make my nights perfect.I clearly come here often, and it is mostly due to the friendly staff!

Everytime the staff and management take care of me and all thier clients and the people that come here are very diverse as well; age groups. A shout out to Nim. My recent experience at joeys restaurant was exceptional, thanks to the manager Kal! From start to finish, Kal’s professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident. During my visit, there was a mix-up with my reservation, but Kal handled the situation with grace and efficiency. She quickly found a solution and personally ensured my friend and I was seated promptly. Throughout our meal she would check in to ensure everything was to our liking and even recommended delicious foods that we enjoyed. Her warm hospitality created an experience that left a lasting impressions on our evening.

Our table ordered steak & burgers. The chefs were unhappy with the way they cooked the steak, so they made us wait an extra 30 mins to get our food. When the food finally arrived, my burger was like a hockey puck! They must have put it to the side, and then cooked it again. Paid a pretty penny for that burger, and was thoroughly dissapointed. Will be avoiding this restaurant next time we are in Calgary.
