came here for the first time tonight and myself and my whole family were impressed by the quality of the fish and chips here!! they were crispy, yet light and flakey. i also enjoy that they provide a bottle of mayo so you can have as much as you want. usually places only give you a tiny container and it’s never enough. not here!!the pieces were large as well, me and my mom aren’t big eaters so we shared 3 pieces. my dad told the staff that we have found the best fish and chips place in calgary! plus it’s not too too expensive especially when looking at the size and quality.apparently they bought this place a month ago, so it’s new management - they definitely made us feel at home here and we will be back again soon!! i will recommend it to my friends as well :)they also have a tiny bit of parking in the back, and there is some street parking in the front and around as well!

1st time visiting this location for my annual Good Friday Fish Meal...very pleased, the price is good for what you get...I had the Famous Fish Sandwich...it was large filling and 'Messy', highly recommend...decore is very clean and comfortable...Owners Parminder and his wife are very friendly and welcoming...good find...will go again

Joey’s Fish Shack is a hidden gem for seafood enthusiasts! The ambiance is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal with friends. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations. I can’t get enough of their fish and chips bursting with flavour and perfectly crispy! And don’t even get me started on their seafood platter; it’s a gem for seafood lover’s. Trust me, if you haven’t been to Joey’s Fish Shack yet, you’re missing out on some of the best seafood in town!

At first I avoided this place cause I thought it was like the Joey's seafood restaurants chain I had been to up north. ITS NOTHING LIKE IT!I had the street tacos and coconut shrimp and it was to die for. My date had the classic Joey's battered fish (I think that's what's it called) and tofish and let me try some. The classic battered fish was crispy and flaky and I could eat a whole mess of it another day. The tofish I never been one to eat tofu but I'd totally order this for myself again as an appetizer, cause I can eat a lot. Place wasn't far from me in walking distance so I will go again.

Oh wow, our experience was excellent - the food was very fresh and tasty. Our takeout order was placed in recyclable and biodegradable packaging, too. We were warmly welcomed and thanked as we left. I can’t believe it took us so long to try this place. Support Bridgeland restaurants ✊?

Came in for the first time, my friend had two pieces of fish and chips $22.00, I wasn't feeling hungry so I asked for just one piece of fish. It cost $16.00 which I thought was excessive. There are a lot of other restaurant options in the area.
