$56.00 for 2 orders of fish and chips ,,,had to buy the coleslaw separately for that price,,they didn't serve tartar sauce with it ,,,only a lemon. Portion size is just indescribable,,,SMALL is the word ,,,$56 bucks for this crappie,, you should not be in business,,ripping people off basically,,,and they say Famous fish and chips ,,I'm not exactly sure how they got this title ,,,if I could give minus 5 stars I would,,,whoever is running this crap-show food business should be ashamed of themselves,,,especially because times are tough enough for everyone. ?????

Both of us had the 2 piece fish and fries with excellent tartar sauce. I ended up taking my second piece home because the portions are generous. Service was great - friendly, attentive and quick ?. Will definitely be back to this location.

I have ordered for pickup many times, this time decided to do delivery. Waited an hour, food was not delivered. On the order tracker kept saying order was still being prepared. I called the store, the owner told me for delivery the driver only takes cash, I had already paid online via Apple Pay. Gave my order number. Told me I would get a call back in 5 minutes. Never heard anything, I called the store back. The gentleman goes “I don’t have time right now”, and hung up. Frustrated, I drove to the store picked up my order. First I was told the delivery driver got in a car accident, then was told that no one came and picked up the order. All of this could’ve been solved with simple communication, not being abruptly hung up on and no accountability taken.

The restaurant is a little old and needs a face lift. But the food was good. For a fast food place. And the service was amazing. Our server's name is Helen. She's been working there for a while. We ended up chatting. She's sweet, she's funny, does her job with a smile on her face. Even though the place is old, but the food is good and fresh and service is amazing! I only post reviews on places, I either really like, or the ones that need approvements. And this place needs a face lift and give Helen a raise! Food is good as it is.

I would like to report this location in Marlborough Joey's restaurant as I ordered for delivery and they didn't deliver because they said they don't have driver/car available. Worst customer service. The website offer for delivery but the Indian people that work there was too lazy to deliver and they asked me to come and pick my order up. I asked for a refund but they said no .They think this is India where they can do that to their customer.Food looks awful look like the Indian street food that you saw on you-tube very disgusting it totally ruin the franchise. Even our dog didn't like it so we dump it to the garbage. This location should be close and the Indian lady was rude and very unprofessional. I asked for a refund because they cannot deliver but she said no. Beware stay away from this location.

The usual monthly visit with my family once again did not disappoint, except for a few quality changes:
- The fries seem like the same oil was used the entire day for frying (keep in mind we ordered and ate at around 6 pm) or were ???????? overcooked based on their darker colours
- The actual fish pieces seemed more greasy compared to the previous visits; despite being deep fried, less oil on the fish when served would be a great improvement (along with less or low-fat oil being used but ???? ?? ?? ???????? ???????)
- Near the booth areas (unless this is already done) my mother noticed the amount of dust on the entire windowsill, which implied that routine cleaning was not done as often, so that can be improved too when possible
Overall, typical/great service for the usual visit here and I hope to return once again!

I love this location. I come here every Tuesday night and some other nights as well. Im hooked on haddock. Thomas and Helen, the owners, are very personable and friendly. See you there.

Never thought I had the best fish n chip in Calgary. I came from Florida and this was the best crispy batter fish I ever tried. The texture of their haddock n cod is dense and juicy, and batter taste is amazing. Very crispy and not greasy.
