John's is like an upscale truck stop. Not fancy inside, but the foods amazing. Went for late breakfast on a Thursday and there was a lineup. It was worth the wait. Instead of spending money on a big fancy sign, like their neighbor, The 4th Stop, they keep the prices reasonable for quality food. Great little place for some great food.
The food is consistently delicious, the family who own the are always friendly, welcoming, and you can feel the family vibes when you walk in. And they may be the only ones around who offer a half order of eggs Benedict!

What I would say about this place is that it was good, well prepared food for a fair price. It’s nothing really special but I definitely have no complaints about the food or service. A great neighborhood restaurant that is not a “Corporate Chain” and it family owned & operated. Would definitely go back for breakfast or lunch if I happen to be nearby again…
