The service is lacking greatly. When we ordered, we waited almost 20mins just to get our order. Nobody told us at the cashier nor one of the employees that our order would take that long. We asked one of your employees named Nicole gave us a rude attitude instead of de-escalating the situation. Completely unprofessional. This issue happened December 7th at around 3:30pm. Please reprimand your employee as it is their fault that we got mad at them.

The restaurant is clean and well organized. The crews are nice and very welcoming, Franz did amazing job putting our orders together and serving it to us. I was very happy with this location, I would highly recommend.
The people here were so nice! My customer, I think her name was Ayen(?) was super kind to me and was so patient when I wanted to change my order. The chicken was fresh and was handed to me quickly despite it being so busy when I ordered. Definitely will be coming back!

I love the adobo rice, and the chicken is juicy, the service is friendly.
I’m really disappointed with this location. The service is very disorganized—from the line to the order preparation. Most of the time, they give you the wrong items. I ordered 2 palabok and received spaghetti instead. I also ordered 8 spicy chicken and 4 regular, but they gave me 6 spicy and 6 regular.
It also takes them far too long to prepare orders, even when the store isn’t busy. This location needs to do much better.
