This branch is not really that great in terms of customer service. Always in a rush without checking if the bag they provide has holes or not. They also dismiss complaints when in fact it is there fault. I did not really enjoy my last encounter with them.

Food was hot, freshly cooked. Service was fantastic, staff was nice and friendly. Atmosphere was great, however, the mall was warmer than the store itself. Regardless, one of the best hubs for home! ❤️

If you’re in the mood for some Filipino comfort food, Jolibee at CrossIron Mall might just catch your eye. This spot is known for its vibrant and casual ambiance, perfect for a quick bite after shopping or a relaxed meal with friends. However, while the setting is decent, it’s the food that really has people talking.

Now, let’s dive into the highlight of the menu: the famous Chicken Joy. It’s the signature dish that many flock to Jolibee for, but I must say, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While other branches in Calgary have served up crispy, juicy chicken that keeps you coming back for more, the Chicken Joy here tasted noticeably different. It lacked that signature flavor and crunch that makes it so beloved. I found myself somewhat disappointed, as I had high hopes based on previous visits to other locations.

In terms of service, it was just okay—nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. The staff were friendly enough, and our orders came out in a reasonable time.

Price-wise, you’re looking at around $50 for a satisfying meal for two, which isn’t bad considering the portion sizes. Overall, while Jolibee at CrossIron Mall has potential, I’d recommend checking out other locations for that quintessential Chicken Joy experience. If you decide to visit, maybe try something else on the menu and see if it fares better!

My family and I go to Jollibee whenever we’re traveling. I was excited to see that it was in the food court. Service was okay, not very welcoming. I think they’re just stressed/overwhelmed with the amount of people coming in. Gravy, mango pie, and spaghetti were good. Always get the spicy chicken, but there wasn’t any spiciness at all. It was still good though. Service just needs work.

Hello Jollibee Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring some issues to your attention and kindly request timely improvements.

My wife and I are big fans of Jollibee’s fried chicken, as its unique spicy flavor sets it apart from other brands like KFC or Wow Chicken. Every time we travel from Calgary to CrossIron Mills, we make it a point to visit the Jollibee restaurant there. However, the experience at the CrossIron location has disappointed us on multiple occasions.

During our previous visit, we found the chicken to be extremely dry, and the spicy fried chicken we ordered lacked spice. We brought this to the attention of the store manager at the time. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit, the experience was even worse. The fried chicken was completely devoid of any spice, lacked moisture, had a very hard texture, and even had a slightly burnt taste to the skin.

In addition to the food quality issues, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the store also need improvement. The tables were not cleaned, the floor was dirty, and the air conditioning was blowing directly onto customers, making it uncomfortably cold. This not only caused the food to cool down quickly but also negatively impacted the overall dining experience.

We truly hope these issues can be addressed promptly to maintain the high-quality standards we’ve come to associate with Jollibee.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Had to try this place to see the hype, honestly disappointed chicken was dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour not fresh to order. No seasoning on the skin or chicken the fries were dried out and tasted freezer burnt. Gravy was bland, prices were decent $15 for a 3 piece and side no drink. Service was quick and efficient but the food was lacking considerably for flavour. This place ain’t got shit on KFC

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken to go, and when I got home, I was shocked by how small they were. The chickens were extremely tiny, much smaller than expected. I won’t be returning! I've attached comparison pictures to show just how tiny they were in comparison to graves.
