I had the burger steak which tasted like itâd been a patty sitting there for a while but the spaghetti and peach mango pie never disappoint. Staff was very friendly but the menu needs work. Itâs really hard to figure out what to order and what the combos are.
I like the palabok, wish they put more sauce in it.

staffs are very energetic but always takes a long time to make our food. we always placed an order through doordash for pickup but when we get there on time or sometimes late, we still have to wait another 15-20 mins. Burger steak has downgraded, it's so small now compared from the past orders we placedđ

Chicken was okay. Crispy outside but seemed almost slimy inside. Gravy is delicious. Palabok was awful. Strange strong flavor and not good at all. Fries were good. Mashed potatoâs horrible, they have a strong fake butter flavor, so gross. Overall an expensive mistake, a lot will be wasted. Lesson learned, never getting food here again.

I recently visited Jollibee on Macleod Trail, and unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. The food was okay but far from extraordinaryâthe fried chicken and fries were average at best. What really brought the rating down, though, was the cleanliness of the place. The toilets were dirty, and the eating area was overcrowded and always full, which made it hard to enjoy the meal comfortably.
That said, Iâm still giving 3 stars solely because of one beautiful lady who works there. Her warm and cheerful attitude truly put a smile on my face and made the visit memorable despite the other issues.
The location is convenient, with decent parking, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired.
I received a very disgusting service at this location. I ordered online and when i pick up my order they said they didnât have my order but i have a confirmation in my email. They already finished taking all the orders in the front but still my order is not ready. That is the time one of the staff ask me what was my order and assembled it. The manager on duty did not even bother to ask me or to check if my order is ready because she is busy chatting with friend in the store. You should retrain that manager on customer service because she doesnât know how. Also take off your advertisement âSkip the wait, order onlineâ it should be âorder online and you still have to wait. I ordered 12:45 pm and ready by 1pm and waited for another 20 mins. I was really infuriated with the service.
