Jon Smith Subs

I ate here when the place first opened and was pretty excited. Food was great, and owner/staff were super friendly. We were in the neighbourhood a while ago and I insisted that my family eat here as it was so good. When we walked in, the dining area had a noticeable curry smell which is odd as they don’t serve curry dishes. When the food arrived, the fries were cold and greasy, and the subs and fries also had a slight curry taste. Needless to say, more food went in the garbage than what was eaten. Worse, I was embarrassed that I suggested / forced my family to eat here. No one was happy. We won’t be back.

It was a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure to get my order right. The store was clean and well-organized, which I appreciated.

although the food was pretty good, the customer service was horrible. it was very rushed and the employee was very inpatient and honestly just rude. would not recommend.

So I ordered A hot Reuben on white bread with the sauce that was included which I picked chipotle. I was the only guy in the establishment. I was told it would be about eight minutes for my sub, so I sat down and waited patiently. I also wanted to order a beer with my meal but apparently they didn’t have that yet. Anyways, my sub is finally ready. I unwrap it to eat and noticed that the bread is brown and not white. I also noticed when I touched the bread that it is old and definitely not fresh. And then inside the sub was hot Ruben swimming in chipotle sauce… Disgusting! Long story short I got my money back and left. And also, I would like to mention the person working there. I had to yell at to get their attention three times when I’m the only one in the place to serve. Definitely a bad experience and would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!

I was very excited to try this chain . But unfortunately cold and zero presentation . Tasteless

Extra pickles and lots of lettuce please... she totally understood the assignment. Ingredients were super fresh. So good.

Waited 30 mins, after which they just said they cant get to my order. Used to love this place

Not very impressed the bread was stale. The staff was very slow and to be honest I wish I would've went to Subway. It would've been better and fresher.
