UPDATED: Jon’s has definitely changed. We have ordered 1-2 times a month for well over a decade. The last few months we have consistently had bad experiences. Overcooked, burnt, missing ingredients, and MOST IMPORTANT a significant reduction in quality of the pizza, the list goes on. At first we thought they were going through a rough patch but when I went to pick up tonight’s dinner it looked like there is new ownership/management. $90 for 2 overcooked pizza and light ingredients is NOT worth it.
Sad to say, we are looking for a new pizza shop.

The guy working lunch’s is such a chill and kind hearted guy he made my pizza for me and it was perfect not only that he had very good customer service and time management while I was there he had 8 orders and still was able to keep on track.

..okay..HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT JON'S.. ..(for reference, I've lived across the street from Jon's for going on 20yrs and I estimate I've ordered HUNDREDS of pizzas from them).. 1) ORDER AFTER 7pm..for some reason, pizzas I've ordered during the dinner rush aren't quite as good as those ordered afterwards..I don't know why, maybe it's just me.. 2) PICK IT UP YOUR DAMN SELF..most of the bad reviews I've read are about the delivery service and honestly, I agree..I've had long wait times for delivery and it does affect the quality..if you can, pick it up when they say it'll be ready and you'll get it fresh and piping hot out if the oven the way it should be.. 3) THE STAFF ARE GREAT..as far as I know, Jon's has been family owned and staffed since it opened decades ago..they've been nothing but great to me.. 4) THE PIZZA IS AWESOME..whenever I have visitors over they always insist on having a Jon's pizza when they're here..there's no comparison to chain pizzas like domino's or boston's, etc..if you want a fancy frou-frou restaraunt pizza with chimmichurri drizzle and artichokes for $50, go for it..but if you want a fantastic prairie/steakhouse-style pizza, this is the place..the dough is fresh, the sauce and toppings are tasty and generous..*pro-tip: order extra cheese!! ..to the staff/owners of Jon's: please don't close, don't move, and don't change..you're a key component to my retirement!!..lol!!..

I normally really like Jon's Pizza, but the pizza I got last week was the worst I have ever had from anywhere. The crust was awful-just like cardboard!!!! Not sure what is going on there, but I hope they will change whatever is not working. When I went to get the pizza they had forgotten to make my pizza. Mistakes happen, but so disappointed in the quality of the pizza itself.

I ordered a pizza on doordash on a friday eve so on app it said 1 hour. It took 1.5 hours! And it was over baked as the crust was hard on the bottom and was chewy. Was gross. Couldn't even eat it.

I've heard about Jon's for years, and finally got around to trying it for a team meeting today. And they did not disappoint!! I got 4 large and they were all gone... before I had a chance to a take pics lol. Highly recommend the BBQ chicken and the all cheese! Definitely coming back!!

I have not been to Jon's for some time - are they under new management? The crust was tough, dry and over cooked, toppings not great - pizza very salty - was not edible - very disappointing.
