My friends and I visited this restaurant for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was equally outstanding, with our server (the friendly one with glasses—sorry for not catching your name!) going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His warm and attentive approach truly elevated the entire experience.

I was in Evanston and was looking for a place to grab lunch and found JPs. The food and service were amazing. I'm gluten intolerant and had a huge selection of food to choose from. The portions were also excellent. Plus, I have leftovers! Would highly recommend. :)

It has been 6 years since I had a poor experience at JPs (and my subsequent one star review). Since then this restaurant has earned a reconsideration and a new rating. I started to again frequent JPs about a year ago, and the service has consistently been beyond reproach. I must say that this is mostly due to having the owner present in the dining room (actually running the entire show). Now the star of the show is the food. Absolutely gorgeous!
