I love Jugo Juice. But the guy working at this location is consistently lazy and has poor customer service.

I really like Jugo Juice smoothies! Great choice for a healthy option on campus

However... Echoing some of the common concerns from the other reviews, I've had two bad experiences at this location.

This location sometimes rushes the order. Last time I ordered the mocha smoothie, it was not blended enough and I ended up biting something hard in my smoothie.

Another concern is the distracted staff. I came by around 3pm today and the cashier was sitting looking at his phone near the back. I tried calling to him at least 5 times, and then went closer and called again.
Probably he was on break or something, but it would have been nice if he acknowledged me, or maybe he was too distracted and didn't hear me.
It looks like other reviews have had this same issue at this location so just know what to expect. I still eat here sometimes because it's one of the few healthier options on campus but just gotta know it's not the quality y'all might expect from other Jugo juices

I bought a $25 gift card at a different location, and it came with this $10 card. I tried using it at this location and I was told that they don't accept them.

Attendant was very rude and dismissive, I was the only customer there at 3:30 in the afternoon just trying to redeem a birthday smoothie and he was very short and rude. I’ve worked food service for years, get better employees.

The service was not very nice and the environment was very unhygienic. Even though I was the only customer there they rushed me through my order when I was asking about my dietary restrictions rather aggressively. There are plenty of better drink options on campus so I will not be coming again.

I have been going here a lot using my only account. It was my birthday and the rude guy refused to give me a birthday drink even after scanning my jugo rewards code. Such a hassle and waste of time

Came here yesterday for a health shot. Was only given half a health shot….Atmosphere was dirty (the fatter tenant didn’t even wash his hands while running ginger & lemon through blender. Save your money and go to Booster Juice where they will give you a FULL shot.

The mango smoothie I got was so sour and bitter, there was literally nothing sweet about it. The drink didn’t taste fresh and the top layer of it looked like plastic. Threw it out halfway through because I felt like throwing up. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning. $8 down the drain. Thanks.

Bad experience I had to say hello twice before the cashier acknowledged me.He was busy in his phone.I went in around 1:30 pm and the experience was pathetic.The drink was okay though.

Yesterday I bought a smoothie from here, and now having the worst case of food poisoning, I only had water before that so it was 100% the smoothie, thanks jugo juice for cutting my study time down and making me miss work today.
