Probably the most consistent Jugo juice location I’ve been to and go to!I usually only go to two locations because I’m picky, this one or the south centre mall location (I don’t know if they are affiliated, but shout out to them too!)The staff are friendly, location is clean, and smoothies and snacks have always been consistent and quality!I always recommend this specific one when people are looking for a jugo or smoothie place.PB protein is my favourite!I loooooooove it and recommend it if you are a peanut butter lover like me!I hope you guys never go anywhere and continue to offer quality service and quality products.Thank you!

Pretty good. They always give you the extra stuff in a little cup so that’s 10/10.
This place is so disorganized and a total free for all. It’s so poorly run that people inadvertently take others’ orders.I don't understand why receipts can’t be printed with order numbers and matched to drinks and food as they are produced.

My main complaint would be with the expected tip when you are handed the machine. This has happened more than once where I will buy a sandwich and I go to pay but the first thing I see is the expected tip on the screen because someone has preset it like that as if you expect a tip for doing your job. On top of that the staff look at you while you're using the machine almost making you feel guilty. Tipping is for extraordinary service, not for grilling a sandwich using a timer to help you then cutting the sandwich and handing it to me and half the time the sandwich is overcooked while the other half it's cold on the inside. Also I have noticed the price has gone up while portions are smaller. Just more collateral damage from COVID-19. I still enjoy the smoothies on occasion but only on occasion because you know why, that tipping issue. I find it extraordinarily aggressive and irritating from a business perspective to try to ask for a tip for basically nothing special all because the owner is cheap and instead tries to guilt the customers into tipping but just like your sandwiches have gotten more expensive and your smoothies aren't the same quality, your staff is still having to spend more for rent and food as well so you should do your due diligence and up their pay which you likely haven't done in ages.Edit in reply to the owner: I know you can decline a tip but when you have someone looking at you while you're declining , it can be viewed as being pressured into giving a tip. I also do not believe that any company would create a machine and put the tipping option in first. Do you not think that 9-10 bucks for a sandwich is enough for a smaller sandwich than ever? No you want a tip too.

I ordered a chicken kale wrap and it was old and bad! It was disgusting! They also didn’t add the ceasar dressing! DO NOT BUY THEIR FOOD! I literally spat it out! I hope I don’t get sick!
