The juice was made as expected (good) But the staff are standoffish, rude and inattentive. Lack manners. I felt ignored and an inconvenience both times I have come for beverage. Please communicate with your staff about customer service manners.

I specifically asked them to make my mocha protein smoothie extra thick because Its usually too watery and they acknowledged me and then proceeded to make the same watery disappointment I got last time. I've had this smoothie from several locations and this one consistently makes it the worst. The workers seemed more interested in talking to each other than making my smoothie.

Trainee or someone new couldn’t understand my sandwich order, then gave me the wrong sandwich order but I didn’t realize it until I got back to my office and opened it up. Signed up for their rewards program earlier too, but this level of service definitely doesn’t encourage customer loyalty.

I asked to not have ice in my smoothie and the lady on the front said there is already ice as it is prepared in advance with ice. I know the frozen fruits are icy, but I found ice chunks in my smoothie and it was not acceptable.

This is my best experience at jugo juice in my whole life beacuse of best employees(Sandeep kaur)...she was so freindly with nice nature...i also recommed to all the people please visit this site of jugo juice

Ordered a smoothie, and it turned out to be more of a blended juice. It was very watery due to the excess juice they put in. one room for improvement is to improve consistency and the care of the product.
