This is not the first time my Uber Eats order was screwed up. This time, I ordered a Taro Dreams and they gave me something else. Taro Dreams is my regular Jugo Juice drink (normally outside Uber Eats) so I KNOW this is not Taro Dreams. The drink was white, not purple from the taro. Also, worse is that they didn't even give me a bubble tea straw! See my photo for the thin straw they gave me. The tapiocas kept clogging up inside this thin non-bubble tea straw so not only were the tapiocas stuck, the liquid was also stuck. I could not drink from this!!I then called the location all day and nobody answered the phone! I called other Jugo Juice locations and they answered the phone. They were nice about it but told me ultimately, only Inglewood could help me. If other Jugo Juice locations can answer their phones, why can't this one? They are the same company so are on the same boat.To the owner, please look up my info from Uber Eats and call me. Please don't ask me to call you because like I said, I tried but nobody would pick up! I would also like to tell you about the other times that my order was screwed up with nobody wanting to help when I tried to call.

would give 0 stars if possible. terrible customer service.tried ordering from uber, times are listed as 6PM closing time, I ordered at 1:30 and they canceled the order. I see why so many ppl are complaining about their times.EITHER CHANGE THE TIMES OR STICK TO THEM. doesn't make sense to close 4 hours earlier, at least update the hours.

They serve bubble tea here now and only here because it’s the flagship store in Calgary. I tried the lychee bubble tea with jello and there was an attempt there to make bubble tea, but ultimately it fell short. I saw the employee looking at the instructions when preparing my drink so hopefully they get better at making boba once they gain a bit more experience. The jello was tasty and it was just the actual tea taste that was lacklustre.

I spent 30 dollars on a smoothie. Grilled cheese and Yogurt parfait. Grilled cheese was the worst thing I’ve ever paid for ?my parfait only had blue berries in it? Do better Jugo juice. If I went to Starbucks at least the food would have been good
Loving the new recipes and the lady helping me tonight was so sweet! I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and working tonight(July 14). Please give her accolades for being very kind and genuine. Will definitely be back

Staff/employees are very friendly and welcoming. The service was very genuine compared to the usual fake “good service” that you would receive anywhere else. The new drink menu is awesome & my order was perfect. I definitely recommend trying the dragon fruit drink they released!
