Excellent service and delicious smoothies. The staff also carefully washed out the blender for my Celiac daughter (in case it has been used for wheatgrass that day). Happily, She enjoyed her smoothie without any painful reactions.

From the moment you walk in, the experience is off-putting. The lady working there is consistently rude, both times I visited she was sitting on her phone, never greeted me, never smiled, and when she finally acknowledged me it was with a very dismissive and unpleasant “yes.” The first time, I ordered a drink that turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had from Jugo Juice. It tasted like watered-down powder, with clumps of rolled peanut butter sitting at the bottom of the cup. I honestly couldn’t even finish it.
I decided to give the place a second chance, thinking maybe the first time was just a bad day. Unfortunately, it was even worse. I ordered a smoothie bowl, and what I got was appalling: warm oat milk, a handful of frozen fruit chunks sitting at the bottom, crushed ice mixed throughout, and then a few tiny scraps of fruit thrown on top as if it were an afterthought. It was so poorly made and tasted so awful that I nearly gagged. The worst part? The store was empty, yet I was told it would take 15 minutes for the bowl,almost like they didn’t even want me to order. When I agreed to wait, it was thrown together in two minutes with zero care or effort.
The customer service is just as bad as the quality of the food and drinks. Between the rude attitude and the disgusting products, this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Jugo Juice. I will never return, and I strongly suggest avoiding this location altogether.

I love coming to the Sage Hill Jugo Juice! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they make everything fresh right in front of you. The drinks are always delicious — whether it’s a smoothie, sparkler, or protein shake, you can really taste the quality. The store is always clean, bright, and inviting, and the service is quick even during busy times. Definitely my go-to spot for a refreshing, healthy drink in the area!

This bad review is because of false advertising. My husband and I saw a sign by the road that said buy one sparkler get one free. (Picture similar to below) We thought why not try them they look yummy, we got in the store and the lady informed us it wasn’t buy one get one it was buy one get one 50% off. We didn’t make a fuss, then we got our drinks and they were half the size of the advertised picture… the sparklers tasted ok not amazing but not bad, but the whole experience made us feel scammed.

I ordered the Salted Caramel Bliss and let me tell you, it was the opposite of bliss. I'm pretty sure the milk she used was expired and I don't think the boba wasn't even fully cooked. 😭 There was little particles in the drink that I'm pretty sure were not part of the ingredients, and I let the drink sit for a few minutes, and it started separating. The only reason I'm not giving this one star is because I've had this exact drink before, but I ordered it at the mall, and it was so good, so I was really excited to order it again, but it tasted so bad. :( The lady behind the counter wasn't overly friendly either. This was on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at around 6:05. There's only my second time trying Jugo Juice, so I may try it again in the future, but probably not anytime soon

Terrible location. They held a promotion for a free juice from 2-4pm advertised all over their website. Came at 3:50pm with manager saying it's sold out. Nothing was advertised saying there's a limit. Nothing was said what the limit is. It could have been for the the first customer from 2-4pm. Poorly advertisment to get you to buy from them once you waste your time there. I just left...
