The manager Jimmy Wong was 40 minutes late to my interview, lied about the wage on indeed and told me in person it’s actually minimum wage. Gave me the job and told me to come in tomorrow, as I’m driving home texts me “we don’t need you anymore”. Wasted a lot of gas and time for a manger that’s completely unprofessional and rude.

Paper straws don't work

I ordered a drink that was $8.25 on the menu. The cashier rang me up at $9.50. I told her that the menu says $8.25 and she told me it was tax. In what world is tax on an eight dollar item $1.35. She overcharged me and when i reached for the receipt she crumpled it up lolllll

I watched an employee wearing sunglasses scream in the face of an elderly women when she asked for assistance to clean up a spill. I have never witness such arrogance and disrespect. The way he embarrassed this women in a busy food court was despicable. Will never give this business my money.

Decided to stop today while at chinook.
Wanted the Taro Fantasy, the man at the til appeared to have no idea what he was doing or how to make any drink. When the other employee returned she took over once I got my drink it was dark brown like chocolate milk. Was watery and boba was mushy and stuck to my teeth.
When I asked for a refund they seemed to get offended. Definitely not worth the $7 + bucks

Have ordered two berry bananas smoothies, despite the fact that it didn’t taste good, tasted like slushy apple juice, because staff don’t follow the recipes completely after asking for a few napkins the behaviour and the attitude of the staff require to be better, never will come there again!

I want to order GREEN TEA WITH FRUIT JUICE, i said to cashier mango green tea , the girl with pink clothes said mango lemonade, then i said mango green, THEN she said again MANGO GREEN TEA LEMONADE who knows MY order, she got me wrong order. i got mango lemonade, i just want to buy my favourite drink MANGO GREEN TEA with nata. NOT MANGO GREEN TEA LEMONADE, or MANGO LEMONADE

Ordered 14 drinks on Uber Eats. 2 drinks were replaced with things we didn't order and most of the drinks were 1/3rd foam/air.

While waiting for my orange juice (that wasn’t squeezed in front of me and was just poured from the metal cup that was on the counter for whoever knows how long ?) I watched gold digger getting served with no ginger, no lemon, no almond milk, no turmeric in a blender from Blushing Mango! ?Great ways to cut the cost and charge customers $10! No wonder this place is still open and can afford to pay rent!I agree with other comments - this location is hurting the brand as a whole. Won’t be ordering Jugo again when I am in chinook.

Terrible customer service

Terrible service. They rip you off and drinks terrible quality. With all the bad reviews this location is getting, I am surprised that head office is doing nothing. Affects the jugo juice brand. Will be going to starbucks in Chinook mall now as they definitely are happy to serve their customers.
