Terrible. Just grabbed a kale aid juice here and told the two guys was going to the washroom quick and grab my juice in 2 minutes. I come back they hand me my juice. I notice its red at the bottom. That should of been a red flag right there. Anyway I grab my juice and head home. Pop the straw in and start sipping away. I notice its very sweet, doesn't taste like kale at all! Tastes like apple juice but has green pulp swimming in it throughout to make it look green. So they tried to make it look like a kale aid and thought I wouldn't notice. The nastiest part of all is that the pulp which seems like mush apple gets stuck in my throat as I sip. This place is a complete joke. I buy my kale aid every day from the Cross Iron Mills Mall location, those guys make a kale aid! I dont know what pulp they put in my juice to make it look somewhat green, but who knows! Did they take it out of their compost or garbage. I think Im going to be sick just thinking about it! Whoever goes here, good luck and watch closely, try your juice before you leave!

looks like staff doesn't like to work we went half hour ago for juice it was at least before half and hour , the reply was we are getting close and we washed our machines we can't serve. It was in really rude tone . Never suggest to go there. So much attitude in staff not polite at all.

Ordered a pink oasis bowl on my lunch break and had to wait 15 mins to receive it and everyone after me received their order first. They did not put the right fruit in (suppose to be mango, pineapple, strawberry) I got blueberries, strawberries and bananas. There is also no nutritional information online available for the smoothie bowls.

This place is the first stop we make when I take my daughter to South Centre. We always share a large berry banana smoothie. But today the smoothie that was made for us was so tart we couldn’t drink it. Tasted like unripe raspberry’s. This place has gone way down hill. How hard is it to make a fruit smoothie? I guess there’s lots of other places in the mall for me to share a treat with my daughter.

Jugo juice at Champlain mall had an excellent service and delicious smoothies. Can’t wait to go get some more.

The smoothies and Bubble teas are just soo good!!! My favourite bubble tea is definitely the moka one 🤤 Obsessed 🤩

For a business that makes products that are always consumed with a straw, you think you’d get better straws. This doesn’t just apply to this location, but every Jugo Juice in Canada. Get better. Be better. Stay better. This single item will determine whether you are around in 10 years. I’m willing to bet that the upper management has their heads too far up their avocado toast to take this seriously

Great drinks and friendly service. I highly recommend the peanut butter and big blue protein smoothies. Their bubble tea is pretty good as well, though I wish they had a larger selection.
