Ordered 2 Mighty Kale today, drove further out of my way to check out this locations’ quality and sadly I was completely let down. The person making the drink neither gave me extra Kale, which I paid extra for, left out the spinach entirely and another ingredient, making the beverages taste rancid. I even tipped extra generously to use up all the spare change in my pockets! My mistake. To be sure, I order this drink several times a week at different locations. This blend was not even remotely close. Please, if you are going to serve food and drink to the general public, treat each and every guest with the same amount of respect, in this case through your food service, as you would your own family and loved ones. The amount of care and attention taken in preparation will show up as a result of whether your guests enjoyed your product. In my case it was a complete letdown. Hope you have a better experience than mine. Cheers.

Adihya was the only one on shift at the time I purchased for the first time from Jugo Juice. She was fantastic and made my first Jugo experience a great one. I can definitely see why this location is the highest rated in Calgary. Their environment is great and the staff are even better. I will definitely be back! 10/10

This is mostly a review to phraise the worker from October 4, 2025 at 4pm who was calmly, efficiently, and with purpose hauling it by himself to get through the orders coming in. He is an excellent example of great customer service and was clearly making decisions on how to balance making the orders and tending to the till.
