i’m speaking for every jugo juice and not just this one. they came out with this new menu, “Sun kissed menu” i rlly tried to like it but unfortunately 2/4 drinks i’ve tried are not good, the dragonfruit coconut, too sour, then the honeydew latte, barley any flavour. i think maybe u guys should stick to smoothies or at least give a bit more flavour to these drinks!!

They have very poor communication skills. Don’t know how to treat the customer. She is very rude when I asked her that she used rotten fruit and carrots. She ignored. Very disappointed with her.

I really enjoy coming here for my protein shakes with peanut butter and banana. They serve a wide variety of smoothies, snacks, protein bars, and sandwiches. I walked in today at 5:10, and a kind lady helped me. I just wish they had some music playing in the background, it was a bit too quiet.

Ordered bubble tea from here today, there was no ice in all the drinks .. they were all at room temperature like luke warm water and they tasted terrible.
This was the worst version of a Jugo Java I’ve ever had. Not slurpee like at all, big chunks of dates and super frothy.. ew! Definitely felt ripped off for $9.40 but I had zero confidence that she could make it any better the second time. Epic fail, save your money and avoid this dive of an excuse for a Jugo Juice. Just yuck!
