“Marisol” from this location is extremely disgusting. She doesn’t wash her hands and makes the drink anyway. And she’s really slow. She will see a customer and not acknowledge them for a while and take forever processing payment and making the order.

I recently visited Jugo Juice and had a very disappointing experience. I arrived at the store at 7:50 PM, well before closing time, but the staff rudely informed me that they were closing and claimed that their software might not be working. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but they also seemed unfamiliar with how to use the system properly. Customer service was lacking, and the overall experience was far from what I expected. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service quality.

i’m speaking for every jugo juice and not just this one. they came out with this new menu, “Sun kissed menu” i rlly tried to like it but unfortunately 2/4 drinks i’ve tried are not good, the dragonfruit coconut, too sour, then the honeydew latte, barley any flavour. i think maybe u guys should stick to smoothies or at least give a bit more flavour to these drinks!!

They have very poor communication skills. Don’t know how to treat the customer. She is very rude when I asked her that she used rotten fruit and carrots. She ignored. Very disappointed with her.
