My girlfriend and I visited, and this was our second time here. The food is always delicious and served quickly, and the server is super friendly with prompt service. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
I ordered their pork katsu. Their yuzu sauce with salad, rice portion and meat tenderness was delicious. Unlike some other restaurants they didn’t offer any free refills on rice or salad. However, this was a pleasant and filling portion and I’ll be returning.
Jun Katsu gives you a good portion and ratio of meat/sides to rice for the price. The prices are pretty average for a katsu place in Calgary. One of the sides with the katsu set is a small scoop of a potato salad instead of pickled veggies (I prefer pickled veggies but that's just personal preference).
