This place has the worst service I’ve experienced. The young Asian man at the counter did not greet my friend or I, not even through eye contact, and much less a smile. He just stood there as if he was being held hostage and we were bothering him.
We walked up to the counter and he just stood there pressing buttons on the POS or looking into space. After a painfully long time, he said, “Ready to order?” with zero enthusiasm or care. He took our order, and as we waited, I watched him behave very rudely towards a delivery driver who came to pick up an order.
The cashier failed to follow correct procedure in giving out the order, and when the driver politely tried to ask for the receipt with the name of the customer and the order number(which should have been attached to the bag), the cashier, with a very bad attitude and somewhat raised voice, called the driver’s concerns “stupid” and told him to “skip it” and “forget about it.”
Overall, the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable because of the behaviour of this individual.
As someone who works in the service industry, I am appalled that such an individual still has a job if that is how he treats both paying customers and drivers.

This cafe is transforming into a sushi restaurant.Not pre-made sushi sitting in a freezer, they make sushi on site after receiving your order.Amazing sushi, fresh ingredients and soft metl-in-your-mouth rice, pretty similar to the kind of sushi I had in Japan

I used to order this for delivery sometimes because my kids like bubble tea and there aren't a lot of options in my area. I don't think I ever placed a single order where there wasn't some issue with it - items being cancelled because they ran out, the order taking an extremely long time, or items incorrect or even totally forgotten. Every single time. I learned my lesson and stopped ordering from here.

Had some bubble tea and braised pork bowl. The bubble tea was decent. However, the braised pork was so awful I got up and left after having 3 bites. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. Food here is trash. I could hear the staff microwaving the food.
This was the most overpriced, disappointing dessert I've had in a long time. There are sample bubble waffles displayed on the counter. There are pictures of them on the menu, but what came out of the kitchen looked like some kind of regurgitation... that was $15!!!!!
It's 100% bait and switch.... at least the waffle was hot. It is a bit over sweet, especially when it's topped with so many sweet things already.
Nothing in this pile comes close to a degree of freshness (besides the waffle), so I have no idea how this is $15 ... not recommended. I noticed No Name brands labeled boxes in the kitchen, so I'm pretty sure quality isn't the focus. Go get a nice glass of wine instead - it's the same price ??
