No consistency and over priced. Drink served is different each time, and $11.49 for a average bubble tea is not right. I won't be back.

My son went to pick up boba teas for the family. He wanted to order Watermelon but they were sold out. He asked what was similar to the Watermelon slushie, what fruits could he get. The wouldn’t even answer and the menu didn’t match the one online.

DON’T GO HERE, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!This used to be my go-to boba place years ago but ever since management has changed, food quality went downhill as well. Last time I bought something, the drink was bland. Never came back again after that. Now today was a special case, my brother-in-law was buying for his wife and I was craving some too so I thought I’d give it another shot. It has been over a year after all. Wrong move - the drink was still bland, lacked flavor, and worse, the waffle was burnt. I did not pay to eat sweet rock nor did I pay to drink milk. They should train staff or better yet change management again!NEVER AGAIN. Go somewhere else!!

I don't usually write bad reviews but this was so disappointing. I have tried MANY Jus Fruit franchises and have always been happy with the quality of ingredients used. I ordered summer berry with coconut milk for my daughter and I, and as I was waiting, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed her starting to mix some kind of powder to make the milk... maybe it was powdered milk? I didn't say anything, because I thought maybe it was a coconut powder... then I see her take fruit SYRUP (the chemical garbage they use on snow cones) and dump it in the mixture, and actually spoons of sugar with literally a teaspoon of blueberries. I was DISGUSTED. My daughter knew instantly and asked me not to make a scene, so I didn't. But I ended up throwing mine in the garbage after because I eat very clean so I didn't want to get sick from whatever they put in there. My daughter drank hers and was very sick to the stomach the next morning and that's when I realized they probably used powder milk because she is lactose intolerant, or they just used the cheapest of cheap flavor syrup. She said it tasted ok except the pearls were not the quality she was used to. Worse thing is, I paid over $20 for 2 drinks when I could have gotten her a slurpee for $1.50 at 7-11 with the same nutritional value. 0 . That is what these drinks should have cost and they should not be advertising "made with real fruit" when it's mostly syrup. Don't waste your money

This is our first time to this milk tea store and we don’t like it. The drink was bland and tasteless. The pearls were disappointed lack of sweetness and taste old. ?The service was ok but the drink need more attention. By far this is the worst milk tea store. ?I would not recommend this place to my followers or any milk tea lovers.

Worst experience ever girl up front is so rude and service was really bad she give us bubble tea on paper cup not plastic one ppl before us and after us got plastic cup. I ask her why she said we are saving them for tomorrow only few left wow I try alot jus fruit place great service but one on 17 ave se worest ever. I hope they read this and not happen anybody else.
