Went here with my boyfriend to cure a craving, I went for the berries magic with strawberry popping & he went for the new pinky drink with the same popping. After I had ordered mine, the lady told me there were no more bananas, okay fine no problem, I’ll still order what I wanted. Anywayssss, come to pay, I asked to pay with cash, (mind you I know its towards the end of the night) she proceeds to tell me of course she might not have nickels or dimes. My total was $18.80 & I proceeded to hand her $20.80 expecting $2 back to make her transaction easy. Instead she told me she’ll get my drinks ready & said nothing about tip or anything. $2 whatever, but after not having all the right ingredients for my drink & not mentioning if I’d like to leave a tip blows my mind. Tip is NOT optional, no matter how little or big. Will not come back.

Disappointing coming here. Despite Google saying this place was open till 11; they could not accommodate making us shaved ice as the employee said she was the only person working and had already cleaned everything out. I have reiterate that they are open till 11 and the current time is 9:30pm.
We live in the deep south and my pregnant wife was craving shaved ice. So we took the time to drive here. My wife opted to get the manga smoothie instead. Which was actually pretty pleasant. However, I will not be coming back here again as I very much dislike unreliable businesses whom change their hours around for their own convenience.

I like JusFruit, just not this branch I guess. I ordered 2 drinks. One of them leaked through the top (both drinks were sealed with the pressed down plastic) and the other was filled only a 3/4 of the way up. Not very impressed was my takeaway.

I used to live in Kensington and would get the Mango Strawberry Smoothie every time. However, when I visited yesterday, June 22, I had an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered two smoothies for $21, and both tasted like nothing but ice. The Mango Strawberry Smoothie usually has a rich, dark red/orange color, but these were light pink and had an unpleasant sour aftertaste. I was really disappointed, especially since this is my go-to order and the quality has drastically changed.
The oreo drink was amazing and the staff is very friendly

We got the bubble tea and the popcorn chicken. The bubble tea at 25% sugar was much too sweat and the popcorn chicken was so salty that we couldn't finish it.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. I ordered a “Mango paradise” and it’s 80% whip cream with ice a bit of mango on the bottom and coconut sago. Drinks almost 10$! I also ordered a slice of red velvet cake- DO NOT ORDER THE CAKE. It’s awful! So dry and gross! Like a waste of calories. The cakes also 10$! my entire order was 21.95$ for bad dessert. Man, it was so bad I would rather go to Starbucks honestly.

Ordered a vanilla milkshake and a green matcha tea with pearls, both tasted meh, I could feel the powder granules of the green matcha powder and they heavily skimped on pearls, there were maybe 10 pearls in total. Disappointing.

The peach is in there but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to suck that out with a straw. If that thing flew in my throat, would definitely be an interesting experience. Thank goodness it didn’t happen though
