Ordered the sweet BBQ five pieces to go and loved it - the coating was crispy on the outside with a great sauce. Even though it took twenty minutes for me to get home and open up the box - the chicken was still great. Would go back.

K-Town chicken is my go to for fried chicken. It’s always crispy and tender and the home cut fries are delicious. I like that they have multiple flavours to try though am a purest so stick to the signature recipe. If you like fried chicken you need to check this place out, it’s sure to please.

I really like their chicken but the fact that they sell their own gift cards but have no idea how to take the payment is very frustrating.
I have had to wait 20+ minutes twice because they are unable to accept their own gift cards.
The first time I couldn’t wait any longer and had to go buy food from somewhere else. Please train your staff how to accept your own gift cards.

I have been eating here for a minute and over the yrs the food has gotten worst. the fried chicken was burnt.. the fries were old and stale.. if u are looking to take ur family for a meal, do not take ur children there. horrible food

the K bowls are awful, the chicken is hard and desiccated, must have been pre packaged and microwaved. The pizza boxes they put their chicken in leak everywhere getting sticky sauce all over my desk. The truffle fries are over cooked and barely have any cheese on them. We are never eating here again. please do not reply saying you are sorry for our experience it's been consistently bad every time we order and we know nothing will ever change for the better.

Poured sauce into a cardboard box, and placed said cardboard box into a cloth bag. So now my car seat is permanently infused with spicy garlic sauce.
Also food was meh, got about 3 rice cakes and one of the pieces was just the ribs with no meat.

I ate with my Family here to celebrate my mom's bday and this korean Girl who took our order is just so rude and giving us attitude, rushing us and not giving a minute to decide and there was no line up at that time. After taking our order she said to put away our dish on the side once we done eating and she gave an attitude again She never smiled or say pls or even say thank you at all. This is one of the worst korean service i've ever had in Calgary. I love eating in Ktown but after encountering with her I might not come back for a not welcoming server.

The staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the Creamy Onion chicken. The chicken was good, but it was served with a quarter of a sliced onion on top which was a little hard to eat. Sauce was very sweet. I would try it again but maybe order something else.
