bought shanghai rolls for the second time, specifically asking the staff to cook them well after our first experience where the middle part was still uncooked, with the meat appearing pinkish and some of it even cold. Unfortunately, despite the request, the rolls were still undercooked. It’s really disappointing because your paying extra for cooked meals to save time and avoid prep, but ended up having to do the work yourself. The staff are nice, but I just wish they’d ensure the food is cooked properly. I understand they’re frozen, but I hope they take more care next time

They always offer free soup and their stew is delicious, the one in the Philippines, I wish the cut of the meat was smaller but other than that, all their dishes are delicious, especially the bulalo

The food here is excellent. Fresh, made on the spot, tasty, no chemicals. Service is friendly and fast. Don't get fooled by the looks of the place, as we enter it looks like a corner store, but the serving counter is hidden under the shelves with snacks and ingredients.

We had a last minute get together party at the house and was super unprepared with the food planning and had nothing to serve our guests. I called Kabayan because it was the nearest Filipino Restaurant/Shop to order a few party size meals. I expected for Kabayan to decline my orders because usually for party sized food, places need at least 24-48 hours notice so they can prepare the food. However, when they heard the urgency of my orders, they didn’t hesitate and said “yes, we can make that for you”, which made my jaw dropped. I called them at 3pm and asked if I can pick it up by 5pm and they made it happen!! Which I’m very appreciative about. The food was freshly cooked and to say the least, was very delicious. I highly recommend this place because they’re very dependable. Will place large orders from Kabayan from now on.

our first time dining in this restaurant very disappointing ordered for crispy pata priced for 25 dollars but 80 percent was all bones it was crispy but not tasty and ordered for pansit they charged for 18dollars all we got was a lot of bihon and almost like chopped carrots you hardly see the “sahog” in pansit but worst it doesn’t taste pansit taste like all carrots, paid everything for 50 dollars plus with rice and a can of ginger ale..not worth the value of what you paid for even just for the taste so i dont know why some of the reviews says it’s tasty..and please if you’re offering this kind of services pls..pls..improve your cooking it’s a shame your representing filipino food but taste awful! and seems like when you reply for a bad review you take it personally rather promising the customers to improve more and deliver a good quality food..

First time visiting this place, and it did not disappoint. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The food tasted great, and aside from a small dining area, there is a variety of Filipino goodies available. The pricing is also very reasonable.

I bought a bunch of fresh made food here, which was all great. Chicken adobo was really good, and the baked goods I brought for home were tasty, but the shelf life was incredibly poor. My ube halaya was growing mold with 3 days.

Good food and its always nice to support these small mon and pop places. Definitely recommend for people in the south who's tired of Jollibee.
