Love how the admin here always cries “fake review” or “personal vendetta” whenever someone leaves a 1-star. Go ahead and lump this one in too 😂 jokes on you, the place really is garbage. Your shady practices will catch up to you sooner or later. The food is awful, the quality is trash, and the customer service is downright nasty. Paid the agreed price, but they still cheaped out and lowered the quality just because they wanted to pocket more. That’s not a mistake, that’s a SCAM.
Anyone considering a big order here: DON’T. You’ve been warned. They’re petty, dishonest, and not worth a dime. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH LARGE ORDER - BE CAUTIOUS

I’ve been a regular customer at this store for the past two years, primarily for their Bolanis, which I used to genuinely enjoy. Because of this, I decided to place a large order—50 chicken Bolanis—for an event at my home, expecting the same quality I was used to.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Right from the beginning, there was dishonesty in communication. The staff and even the owner increased the price only to later “discount” it back to what they normally charge—clearly an attempt to make it seem like I was getting a deal.

I stressed repeatedly that there should be no compromise on the meat or the bread, especially given the size of the order. I was assured over and over again that everything would be of top quality. However, upon receiving the order, I found most of the Bolanis had a disappointingly thin layer of meat—some had spots with no filling at all.

After all the assurances and my history as a loyal customer, it was disheartening to see such disregard for quality and integrity. It felt like they prioritized profit over keeping their word or maintaining standards.

If you're considering placing a large order here, I would advise extreme caution. My experience suggests this business, sadly, is not above cutting corners when they think they can get away with it.

This is a nice place and very affordable. Very clean and have a good amount of selection to choose from. They have all the Afghan essentials you will need for memoni and picnics. One thing you need is more selection of ready made marinated meats ready to go for bbq. I suggest More spicy chicken, kofta and lamb cuts. thank u!

Very disappointed.
Stop buying from Kabul Halal meat. They never care about cleaning. You can go and check that inside of their kitchen is dirty. The price is also very high. Please care about cleaning and give your customers clean food.

You have to be ashamed of your reply. Instead of telling lie, accept your problem and solve it.Here is Canada not Aghanistan. Everything and everyone must follow the rules.

Yesterday i bought some milk pak dairy cream it’s not for use it’s so bad please don’t give bad things like this to customers

We bought naan and kaymak from the store. Naans were freshly baked and tasty. The sweet naan with honey and sesames is my favorite. Staff were very nice with us. It’s our first time trying Afghan food. They explained to us how each type of naan would taste like and brought us fresh naan out of oven. Very happy experience.

Make sure when you buy things from this place, Quality is going down and double check the price.

This store has dishonest practices and bad customer service.

This store has very bad customer service. The shopkeeper, Bakhtash, is rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. He treats customers poorly and has no respect for them. On top of that, many of the products in the store are expired. I do not recommend this place at all!
