Very disappointed.
Stop buying from Kabul Halal meat. They never care about cleaning. You can go and check that inside of their kitchen is dirty. The price is also very high. Please care about cleaning and give your customers clean food.
You have to be ashamed of your reply. Instead of telling lie, accept your problem and solve it.Here is Canada not Aghanistan. Everything and everyone must follow the rules.
You're claiming that I didn't inter your kitchen but go and check your comrea on April 20, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm .
Instead of arguing, find solution
.
You are an owner, still you don't know how to reply properly.
Yesterday i bought some milk pak dairy cream it’s not for use it’s so bad please don’t give bad things like this to customers
We bought naan and kaymak from the store. Naans were freshly baked and tasty. The sweet naan with honey and sesames is my favorite. Staff were very nice with us. It’s our first time trying Afghan food. They explained to us how each type of naan would taste like and brought us fresh naan out of oven. Very happy experience.
Make sure when you buy things from this place, Quality is going down and double check the price.
It’s has variety of authentic and original Afghan items, fresh meat, fresh Afghan Bolani
This store has dishonest practices and bad customer service.
This store has very bad customer service. The shopkeeper, Bakhtash, is rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. He treats customers poorly and has no respect for them. On top of that, many of the products in the store are expired. I do not recommend this place at all!

Everything is very expensive. It’s not cashier waiting long time for cashier.
I like their Afghan naan bread and Bolani. They have lot of things to choose from and a lot of home made sweets. I think one of the best cleanest store in the neighborhood. Lovely team and great atmosphere.
I bought about 40 Nan bread on October 15th the Nan bread was so bad it looks like it was made a week ago so might never buy anymore from Kabul bakery so bad service.
Please serve with honesty and dignity.
We were on a vocation to Calgary with some friends. On return we bought at least 35 bags of nan bread. upon opening the bags at home. guess what? each single bag had a dark fried bread which was covered with a good one on its back. not recommending .

Your reply is not only shocking but completely unprofessional and false. I shared my honest experience about finding a bone in my burger, which is a serious quality issue. To accuse me of planting the bone for a free meal is both unbelievable and defamatory. There is absolutely no truth to your claim, and I challenge you to provide any camera footage that supports such a statement, as it does not exist.
After eating, we kindly reported the issue to the lady working there, and instead of receiving an apology, we were met with hostility. Furthermore, finding a bone in the burger could have broken my tooth, which would result in me suing your business for damages. This response from your business is unacceptable, and if I wish, I could report this false statement and defamatory accusation to the proper authorities.
Instead of responding with such a hostile and false accusation, you should take customer feedback seriously and act professionally.
