You should update your information on Google maps. I came all the way there and the restaurant was closed. Just frustration for something that can easily fix on your part...
And I couldn't reach either on the phone.
Great food and felt like a warm home cooked meal. Would def come back!

Amazing customer service and clean place. We had Bolani and Fish kabob. Both were really good.
I visited Kabul Restaurant and we ordered the ghabli palow . Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the portion size was small compared to the price. Especially the rice—it didn’t taste fresh.

This is my second visit to Kabul Restaurant | Persian Cuisine, and I genuinely can’t believe this place isn’t packed every night. It’s a family-owned restaurant where everything is handmade with care, and you can truly taste the love in every bite.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than a business. The food is nothing short of phenomenal — rich flavors, perfectly seasoned meats, fluffy rice, and fresh herbs that remind me of authentic Persian home cooking.
Every dish I’ve tried here has been exceptional. This is, hands down, the best food I’ve tasted in Calgary — not just Persian food, but food in general.
It’s surprising that more people haven’t discovered this place yet. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favour and give them a visit. It’s rare to find a restaurant with such high-quality, handmade food at very reasonable prices.
Highly, highly recommended.

I haven't had such a tasty, delicious food for a long time. Kebob was soo delicous well cook and easy to eat. Rice was not dry and the sauce they served was soo tasty 😋
Most of the restaurants don't serve water with glasses. But, this restaurant served water with sooo clean glass. Honestly, I am also surprised with the cleanless of folks, spoon and knife, way cleaner than my expectation.
Ohh, also the flowers on the tables look so good 👍😍
This restaurant is manage by Afghans which made me to feel that I am eating real Afghani food. The workers and owner were very friendly, even offered me tea.
For sure, I will be one of their regular customer when I stay in Calgary :)

Good food and service too
Unfortunately the meat was pretty stale, especially the chicken.
Had to drive a long way to go there but it was not good. Food feel reheated rice and meat chicken is really bad hard to eat and prices unbelievable expensive for one order Laban 15 bucks that’s rip off and after eating food we all got sick, I confronted owner and he has zero customer service . My advice to skip this place

Food was horrible never had such bad kabuli food in my life. And on top the guy didn't even bother to ask or follow up. Just put the food on table we kept waiting for someone to get us drinks. But nope no one shows up until we are done eating and need to pay.
Great food at a good price.
Not a good quality and expensive
Excellent taste and price point is great. The food tastes fresh and light and the portions are excellent. Great value and service. Will definitely be a return customer. !
