This is the best Chinese restaurant and is near our residence. My daughter has to have Ginger beef whenever we order Chinese food and I have never been fond of it until I had it from Kam Han. It is very tender and not hard like most restaurants serve it. Everything about the food from this restaurant in Avenida is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly also. If you are a lover of delicious Chinese food, I would suggest you try it out as you won’t be disappointed.Parking: Lots of free parking and very accessible to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are absolutely no stairs and handicapped parking is very close.

First i want say this place has a different menu to the one in SE. They dont have the big fried fish or crab. I was initially disappointed because i went for crabs.However we ordered chicken fried rice, prawn, squid and soup. It was really good . Vert tasty . One portion of each was adequate for 4 people . Efficient service .Clean and spacious . Has ample parking

Christmas Eve was a total disaster and will think twice before ordering again. We ordered early to avoid a rush and were told no problem. An hour and a half after the time we were told and still waiting. If you knew you couldn’t handle the rush you shouldn’t have taken the order. Unacceptable. At least 20 people ahead of us also waiting. Never again.

What can I say. Went in and Pre ordered a dinner for one on Christmas Eve. Went to go pick it up at the time I requested. Proceeded to tell me they don't honour the dinner for one thing on Christmas Eve. So charged me $46 plus tip. I drove home but decided to call them and tell someone else what happened. They urged me to return for a refund and to keep the dinner. I offered to pay what I originally requested. They refunded my money minus the tip I paid in the first place and kept the food. So driving there three times, getting no food out of it... which they told me to keep, ended up costing me 5 bucks. They kept their tip. So so so upset about this. How insane. 1 out of 10. Something out of a Seinfeld episode.
I'm sorry you guys have to deal with a bunch of impatient grouches on Christmas eve. It's likely your busiest night of the year. Thanks for even being open as most places close.

Had takeout last night. Food was terrible, bland, tasteless, chicken chop suey was chopped cabbage with a few pieces of boiled chicken. Rice was dry. Vegetables mostly green peppers and undercooked onions. Complete waste of $75. We had been to the restaurant on Spiller Road and food was good so assumed our takeout would be good. We will never go there, or order from there again. A full refund would be appropriate.

We ordered the dinner for 4 (there were 4 of us). Switched the wonton soup with wor wonton and added a side of fried pork wontons. We were sorry to see the soggy fried wontons. The soup was missing flavor. The ginger beef was off the normal great flavor. Only order the dinner or 4 if you are very hungry or you want leftovers. The potion sizes are huge, which was great. Good value for your dollar.

This time, we were met with an atmosphere that was very unfriendly and absolutely child unfriendly. Unfortunately, we will not be back either in business or as a family.
