Swiss roll cake heaven! This is my favorite type of cake. Kanu cake offers multiple different kinds - you can purchase a full cake or by slice. The cake is moist and delicious!

We ate from here twice during our visit and both times Kan You Cake’s roll cakes tasted fresh, cream was well balanced, not overly sweet. The sponge of the cake was soft and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The second time we ordered delivery and the staff followed our request exactly to the T! You can’t go wrong with Kan You Cake—I would love to keep coming back!

We placed our first order with Kan You Cake through Uber Eats today, and it was absolutely incredible! We ordered the Assorted Roll Cake Box and the Assorted Cookies Box, and we were completely blown away 🥹
First of all, the delivery arrived in a thermal bag, which was a very nice touch. Everything looked so beautiful and well-presented. Inside, we found stunning packaging, and to our surprise, there were complimentary gifts included 😍
The desserts themselves were beyond delicious. We tried the roll cakes, and they were simply perfection. The balance of sweetness and the freshness of the fruits was spot-on. Not too sweet, with incredibly fresh fruits that elevated the entire experience. We were shocked to discover such an amazing place here in Calgary. We’re already planning to visit the store in person to enjoy more of their treats!
The Assorted Cookies Box was just as impressive. The cookies were so delicate, soft, and flavorful—like homemade cookies baked with love. They had a perfect, natural taste without being overly sweet.
A special thank you for the complimentary gifts! They included a Far Breton cookie, which was absolutely delicious, and a dessert in a jar made with strawberries, cookies and cream. The dessert was so light, airy, and flavorful, with fresh, crispy strawberries that tasted amazing.
We can’t wait to visit the store in person and try their full assortment. We’re also definitely going to order again. The packaging, the presentation, and, most importantly, the flavors truly impressed us. Highly recommend!!! 💯

Can’t count how many times I got roll cakes here. The roll cakes in every flavour taste amazing. My favourite one so far is strawberry (or maybe pineapple 😆). Not too sweet. Not too dry. Every flavour blends in just right. I never get bored eating them. 💯

This is easily my favourite pastry shop in Calgary. If I lived close enough I'd be there every week.
They offer a lot of Asian inspired flavours like matcha, houjicha and even Thai tea (changes depending on season and other factors). The flavour tastes so similar to pastries that I've had in Japan which aren't too sweet. Her presentation is spot on too. I always look forward to trying her new creations when they come out.
My husband and I love this pastry shop so much we asked if they could do favours for our wedding. Kan Yan handled our favours with care and even packaged everything for us. The guests LOVED them. We really appreciate her letting us work with her and getting to share her creations with our guests.
High quality cakes here! Delicious and beautiful. Remember to order ahead of time though. Wish they had a business number to call.
