Typical staff that have no customer service. I wasn't a fan of Freshii to begin with now probably won't order here anymore.

Got a Tuna bowl and the fish was very obviously old. Gave the recipient food poisoning. Beef bowl okay, but crazy upcharge for mango. Go somewhere good, not here

Hi. I ordered freshii on DoorDash and am thoroughly disgusted with what I received. I got a teriyaki twist bowl and the broccoli is literally charred black and smells like burnt hair. The rest of my bowl tastes like chemicals. It is literally inedible, and I’m worried someone else is going to get very sick. I called the location I ordered from and received a disappointing response of her basically telling me I am wrong and that she’ll mention it to the manager. This is very upsetting as I have been a freshii customer for years and have never felt this betrayed and unsafe from the food. I am at work and have not eaten all day, and have wasted my only break trying to resolve this issue and hopefully either be refunded or receive food that is edible, and to no avail. The entire back room smells like burning chemicals. Please reach out to help me resolve this because this is unacceptable.

I went there and it was super busy. I got oxaca bowl steak and the Buddha bowl tofu. Both were really good and the waitress was so kind. It was very busy I had to wait 10 minutes but was worth it. The girl the chaos managed so perfectly. Like it! will visit them for sure.

The food was good but in my opinion the taste could have been improved if served in the actual dishes instead of paper bowls (because I dined in) . The tables are sticky and wobbly . The window glass is covered by the logo, which blocks the view. The washroom doesn't have paper towels but has a blow hand dryer. The soap smells like horse detergent. The staff didn't seem very welcoming for me. The atmosphere feels like a convenient store .
It's not perfect to stay but it's quite good to take out .

Ordered this on Skip and the food was truly awful. Half rotten produce throughout four different items. Some bowls absolutely drenched in dressing and some had next to none. Disgusting and inedible.
