The atmosphere is the best I've experienced at any pub or restaurant. So cozy. Felt like a bubble where you're transported to peace and tranquility. The food was great. Very reasonably priced. Shepard's pie was massive. I could only finish half and had the other half as a leftover meal which was also excellent the second time.
Wonderful pub in the heart of Kensington. Bringing British staples from across the pond, while including some local pub favorites. The pub offers a good variety of food options with some dietary restrictions built into the menu.
Service has always been friendly and attentive while not being over bearing. They offer great happy hour deals including food and drinks. Most importantly the draft deer was served nice cold with the perfect amount of ‘head’.

One of Calgary's best and most classic pubs. True to form - great for a pint - traditional beers or a local taps are always pouring fresh. Ownership and Staff are a pleasure to interact with and the food quality is second to none.
