My go to for baked Keto goods in the South. I really like their pizza crust and cheddar buns. Only problem is it’s pretty expensive! I usually treat myself to them every now and then.

10/10 amazing and healthy keto food

I don’t even eat Keto and the chicken sandwich I had today was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! Everything from the crispy chicken breast, the spicy sauce, tasty slaw and pickles and then bun… omg… simply amazing! We will be back!

I have been eating Keto/Carnivore for a few months and this place is a godsend 💜 The price is reasonable considering it tastes better than any keto fried chicken I could make myself. I've bought so many keto breads over the months and nothing compares to the beautiful buns they have here. It saves me so much time, measurements, and brain power lol It's nice to take a break from beef and eggs and sit down to enjoy some ice cream and a burger. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. 🔥 Great job!

I ordered a couple things...went to the counter to pay but they don't take cash. I'm sure the food is very good though...looked very good. If a business won't take legal tender I won't use the business. Use it or lose it!!

Love the bread at this keto store, as well as the cinnamon buns and the hot food (burgers etc) are so yummy! Rated this one a 4 because I wish they had a bit more selection and they are no longer doing cakes. It is also a bit pricey, but everything keto is the same.

Been eating keto for a bit over a year and this is a go to stop for me. The food is great and pricing on their products is very good for being speciality

It’s very expensive. But the bread is just fantastic. It’s not like anything else on the market. It’s like real bread and real buns.

Great little place! Huge portion sizes. I just tried the Lil’ Chicken and it was fantastic, probably going to have to go back and grab some of the baked and frozen goods to try as well. I work a couple blocks away - this could be dangerous!
