Ordered pine for a 745 picked up. Waited until 805 before my order was even ready. Multiple people came in and was able to order and get there's before me. Asked a few times nicely and they said they were getting my order ready still which is fine, they were busy but after 20 mins and I asked a 3rd time, they hand me the bag that's been sitting there for 15 mins. It was ready packed and ready, they just forgot to give it to me

I can say one thing about this place. The manager is probably the worst person to deal with in the hospitality business. I asked for breasts in a bucket meal, they didn't deliver. I then ordered two breasts, they charged me for white meat but the manager said it would be extra for breasts so I paid the difference which ended up making two breasts cost 16 dollars when I know it was 10ish dollars. But I just wanted to get out of there instead of dealing with her. Then I proceeded to wait 25 minutes after the original 25 minutes for the bucket for two breasts. I left with a cold meal and was short changed. So if you go to this KFC check your receipt for what you paid for and don't expect them to honour any sort of white meat in any of their buckets.
With the bad experience we have before, we asked the staff whether they have spicy chicken today and they said yes. Then we ordered 10 pc spicy chicken on sale. After we paid, the staff said they only have two pc spicy chicken! What! How smart of the staff and I am quite sure my daughter aged 7 would let me know before paid! Finally we waited 30 mins for that

Stopped in yesterday totally disfunctional kitchean line no one knows what they are doing. Terrible food chicken tasted like it had been in the drawer since the day before cold gravy. Cold fries husband had tacos they were crappy. Advoid this location

Vegetarian options: We wanted to dine in but no trays and ketchups available so we picked our order and left coming home and saw half of my fries bucket was empty. If i pay extra i really expect to get the quality i paid for. Plus i called them couple of times to inform them but no answer.
