I went to the drive thru earlier this week and Destiny was the one taking my order. She was very sweet and made sure that my order was correct, which it was. The food was great especially for fast food and would come back here just for the customer service! Thank you Destiny

Had to wait 25 minutes inside the store to pick up my online order that was marked as ready for pick up (this was after waiting for more than 20 minutes for my food to be prepared). Almost an hour wait for one combo meal. Service was awful - no one had any sense of urgency, staff seemed like they could care less. No updates from staff about when we could expect to actually pick up the order that they said was ready for pick up. No apologies for the wait. Zero customer service, unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible experience from this kfc location once again. Iv'e ordered from this location countless time since it is by far the closest one to where we live, and my order today was really disappointing. I ordered 2 zinger sandwiches and the amount of sauce they put in my burger is laughable. I called the location, and from their perspective it was a normal amount of sauce, however I think otherwis

The young guy taking the orders tonight needs to learn what just a moment means it doesn’t mean taking off for 10min to the kitchen. Safe to say I won’t return to this location of the dirty bird
Food was just meh, but they didn't let us in till like 10 after opening and wouldn't make an item menu until we asked to change a different item to be the exact same thing. Just an awkward experience honestly

We had a really big order and it was quick to come out. They even put our bags in a box to carry which was thoughtful. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! We have never had a bad experience there!

Make sure you check your food and receipt before leaving drive through. They will not put every thing and will charge you regular price even if you use a coupon. Even after politely providing feedback, they will make you feel like a liar. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
