Waited in the drive through for about 25 minutes after ordering. When we finally got our food the fries that all 4 of us had were cold and poorly seasoned. My pepsi tasted like carbonated water because the syrup had run out. Not what I expect from this chain.

Got bucket of chicken only (no sides) on 01 / 23 / 26 at about 6.50PM. The chicken was so stale and salty I could not eat it, neither could the kids. To be very honest, this is the first time experiencing this at KFC. I cannot explain what went wrong but it was the worst ever we have had in a very very long time. It was quite disappointing as the kids were looking forward to having it. Hoping this never happens again.

I ordered a poutine and after waiting 15 minutes I asked for a refund after not getting my food, the store wasn' busy nor was the drive through. All I could see was the staff playing around in the back, very unprofessional, after I asked for the refund I was asked why, I explained because I've been waiting for 15 minutes and no longer wish to wait, they told me that the manager isn't available and that she's in the washroom. So it turned out my food was ready and was just sitting on their counter in the back with no one able to run the food out. So then I was given the option to wait for the manager or just get my food that was sitting on the counter a while. So at that point I had no choice but to take my cold poutine because I wasn't sure how long the manager would have taken to come out of the washroom... Overall very unprofessional staff, and out of touch management, but the reviews for this restaurant speaks for it self
Ordered the online exclusive offer 9 piece meal. Worse KFC I've had. First only received 8 of the 9 pieces of chicken. Then chicken was dark had to throw away most of the chicken. Called the restaurant at least 6 times got no answer. Left a message and have not received a call back 😕.
