I don’t blame the staff for how slow it was today. I blame management for not staffing properly and not having the means to call people in. If you were fully staffed today (Saturday April 20, 2024) you need to change your staffing ratios because waiting 40 minutes for our food was absolutely unacceptable. Also, train your staff to be a little more generous with what you’re giving… waiting 40 minutes for this burrito where there was more wrap then anything else is awful especially with what we pay for this food. Do better management!!!

30$ for 6 pieces of the smallest chicken. I'd expect this from the toonie Tuesday combo but not full price. Had to wait 7 minutes at 11am and chicken still tasted bland. Thank God Mary Browns opened up in the area.

Always something when you order... forgot to bring out my order as I was waiting in parking lot from drive through. No one tries to make up for it .. not even the manager. Outside of building isn't lit up, all the drive through signs are poorly lit to read menu.. very run down for a franchise. KFC should be looking into this and see if it meets their standards.

Prices: eg: For a classic sandwich chicken burger is $13.99. A&W is much better with quality, quantity and pricing. Can create double chicken buddy burger @A&W for less than $5.3. Food Quality: Chicken chewy most times. Way less meat on it. Too much batter. Chicken kept heated for too long. Jolly Bee or Popeyes is better option.4. Taste: the food taste is not consistent anymore. Too much salt in batter or no salt at times.As a KFC fan I will try another location for 1 last time before I say good bye to KFC forever as its not worth anymore.

The prices have gone through the roof!Just ordered 2 piece chicken meal, 3 hard beef tacos. Before, would have came to $15-18.Today, $29.xx !Their beef tacos went from around $1.99 each to now over $4.00!Also the two piece chicken meal increase $4-5!Unbelievable! This has to be the highest price hike for a fast food chain.NO MORE kfc/taco bells.
