Came to get a chicken meal deal with a large fry and large gravy… We were given 2 small gravies instead of a large, and that doesn’t even fill half a large gravy! If your deal comes advertised with a large fry and large gravy… you shouldn’t be giving 2 small gravies instead. The guy said that’s what we do for the meal deal.. even though the sign says LARGE!

I ordered a bucket of chicken from this store. I must say they are very unprofessional, rude and inefficient. One of the agents cut the call on me when I told him that I was running late for an appointment and my order was still not delivered. This is my first time ordering from this store and IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I usually don’t like giving bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but after waiting more than 20 minutes, people who ordered after me received their food first. I was then informed I would need to wait another 12 minutes before my order would be prepared. Although I did receive a refund, the overall experience was quite disappointing

They forgot my gravy for a delivery order, as upset as I was I called the store, and they were so kind and rectified the situation immediately and had it delivered! I will order from only this location in the future. Thank you kindly for the amazing customer service and quality of food.
Delivery was super slow over 30 minutes late. Fries were not delivered. Store refused to credit the missing items but offered to deliver it later tonight or the next day. When one orders food you want it all together. Never will do business with this location again. If corporate does not credit me then KFC is dead to me. Tired of their incompetence.
