I just came and bout a 31$ meal deal of 6 peaces and it did not come with French fry’s. I was told the gravy and coleslaw or the sides. Who goes to buy a 31$ 6 peace meal deal and does not get French fry’s with it? Do better kfc this is insane. Meal deals should come with fries or I should be told you can get c Coleslaw or fries Not just coleslaw and gravy. Staff was great but this is ridiculous my dog was expecting French fry’s and here I am being abused by her now. Do better. For 31$ I should get chicken fries coleslaw and gravy.

paid almost 18 dollars for pretty much just a sandwich and a drink, came with roughly 10 fries(bag was barely half full) and like 5 pieces of popcorn chicken, not even in a bag, just dumped in the box, total ripoff.

Pricing has gotten crazy!! I ordered 2 medium sized gravies (which they call large) & it was almost $17!!! I thought this was a mistake, but confirmed this is correct pricing. I guess we can drop KFC from our fast food dining list as it's cheaper to go to a fancy restaurant.

Refused to upgrade my individual fries to loaded pickle fries next time I will go to crowfoot or the kfc 2025 16 ave Nw instead guy at the till didn’t know how to run the till very well

Ryan and Paul along with another staff member were working so fast and furious to take care of the customers. The smile on their faces with the busy rush was welcoming to see.
Came to get a chicken meal deal with a large fry and large gravy… We were given 2 small gravies instead of a large, and that doesn’t even fill half a large gravy! If your deal comes advertised with a large fry and large gravy… you shouldn’t be giving 2 small gravies instead. The guy said that’s what we do for the meal deal.. even though the sign says LARGE!
